" n! u$ ?4 ?; K, h) ]; r& i& e$ cŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
! f; j) a  e. V- p; k% M% e5 c) eŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
4 |% A1 R& @" o$ B" v; KŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

1 f, U( E& K& G% B2 bŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
0 R4 N" w% @2 Q4 U, P; h0 ~Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
9 s0 a7 \) o" J2 @- ^" H5 KŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
7 k$ ^4 x! T* L% TŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.

Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
