Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
6 F2 s; M4 L- z+ wŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
: x1 T- {4 o' o$ yŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
0 N! i7 S, n3 a* oŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
- g8 N$ M+ U% xŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
% j% {8 w8 P& t& RŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
7 u$ E4 A6 n/ o3 `4 d& RŸ   Valid driver’s license
8 n  \5 r( Q* QŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
/ I0 |9 o' y0 L4 C, ]Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
