6 ]) R/ D4 P0 ]# K& W$ I9 R& d2 YŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
, A) L5 B8 {! m" MŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
6 r/ Y" i3 j- B; D. n& AŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
& c% ~- z4 q# J2 Z" _# i: [Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
) v8 ^0 N" l5 FŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
. d4 f- C0 d4 z) ~/ K' \Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
3 p( x9 k8 w& I8 L8 R6 }Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
4 n2 c9 Q- g; AŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
3 h6 _' Y5 C0 @- K4 S. b; f: lŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
5 }1 M! `- @3 R. E, c% NExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
