Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
7 I2 _- _% j' D$ u8 @$ G. ZŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
0 ~# @- a+ S+ k* k3 Y% fŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

$ j$ n9 Z* ?, p! gŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
, K$ m! ]5 i+ a! U- u6 ]5 }) }Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
8 Q4 _# m2 _% ]* R2 |Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
* c8 r0 n1 ^+ _0 m, {Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
. M( e* s' k1 k4 I/ V9 pŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
, ?: p  Z6 n7 ~( {+ d9 }. C( {" FŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.

( H- @. [: W* n8 ~; }, OŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.

+ U3 j( _& z- e: a0 v* ?* g$ NExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
