Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
/ B3 G! v9 T* U/ D% D" R7 u3 FŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

: R' \0 i' Q' {1 r/ u2 uŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
7 N+ {1 ~5 g& [# T! v3 BŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
, q' }9 h, W# a3 c, ?# RŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
" D, ~! b; t1 m- TŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
% ^2 H: S6 `' U; d& N7 a, l8 c( hŸ   WHMIS
) w9 }: k9 I5 c" b! z0 A1 N9 OŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
. e: d* A9 O, |- U) i5 l+ BŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
  ~- n% h8 u! ?) I- |Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
* f% g  @0 z2 M  r7 i. YŸ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
