Create email templates for operations department
. d. f# W# \+ M- v% N$ {, X3 C9 TAssist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports! c3 @$ H2 ]5 Z" @7 a0 g+ b4 D
Develop and maintain a filing system
# p* F# C; P/ R/ o7 ?4 o( GUpdate and maintain office policies and procedures( j' f6 j7 }* X2 y, g
Submit and reconcile expense reports
$ H; `! v) }# X) A+ w! f5 ?" E4 HAct as the point of contact for internal and external clients
6 x$ {* L9 Z9 h2 ~* ]; h( D& RLiaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
