Answer and direct phone calls

Create email templates for operations department
' K1 s6 H2 v. K) [. RAssist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports( w2 P" F2 W' L i. `
Develop and maintain a filing system* C5 j! {0 i1 a4 G. l. r
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
, o( c' S6 C; VSubmit and reconcile expense reports' M/ J4 w) w$ @
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients. I3 F! l, M) s* Y! }5 Q) P& Z
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

F9 q2 `6 C1 @Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
