Answer and direct phone calls

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Submit and reconcile expense reports

Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers6 J6 s% J: w' z" b

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
