Create email templates for operations department

Develop and maintain a filing system
0 m- _7 R4 H2 v" L6 ZUpdate and maintain office policies and procedures
- r7 R0 A d, O) xSubmit and reconcile expense reports. \( v3 @# B9 i( s! `) @
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
! g8 h2 _- J& j$ zLiaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers/ O) z# |/ H4 X+ _) x/ @, S7 A

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
