$ @/ w2 C' E* _2 JBrief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.

: Q" H3 h( q" K6 J1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
# ~7 N2 m0 f. }* \# p9 R3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
9 Y: |8 H: {: @2 O; c5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
- c. {* }) X1 T/ ?# i2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
( T5 o# }+ k9 Q3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
; A  C& C. s# P+ P9 M, H4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
