( n6 C$ \1 x' b% v& i/ rBrief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
' N. i% D; P* D% ?' z* _- A1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
6 M# s6 k/ I$ f; Q' Z4 I2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
  P" x  \' j  V: a8 o3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
* d/ u7 M4 R4 K; L9 g! _4. Calibration of Equipment
% I, R0 i9 G! g6 b; t! B. f7 ]0 Y8 \5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
  Q/ p# ]# X0 }" [6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
! F$ H& D$ \4 F5 n- ]# `Skills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
