# v) K: a* r$ ~5 {1 n- p& }Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
2 z* _, G  P( C5 z9 PDuties and Responsibilities:
% I! J' A( w4 d$ d7 Q: o# y# F0 S1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
1 g0 u8 p3 L; y7 J, D4. Calibration of Equipment
/ C! e! y% u0 u' }# v/ _( ?5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
+ r9 R* t( t9 N5 q- U( ?3 I6 _6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
$ v- s# j1 z) k2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
