Position:  Quality Assurance Manager
+ S  S* H& u: D3 [1 E# tBrief Job Description:  Reporting to COO.  You are responsible to oversee the QA program and ensure all certification requirements are maintained.
Duties and Responsibilities:
. }: g+ d& p% ~& m$ D1 ?( O% _" O1.        Provide leadership and mentorship to QA team member
8 ^5 L6 Q5 J5 R$ l# g6 A$ E2.        Lead all audits (NSF, CFIA)
3 A7 u5 k2 ?( Z5 O- j( ^* n3.        Maintain and update all food safety and quality programs
4.        Ensure all CFIA, food safety and audit requirements are met
5.        Lead on new product development and continuous improvement on existing products
; U5 b0 d% o5 }1 x8 v0 }' B  \6.        Perform internal audits
1 f' F0 W! |* C' Y3 c9 P9 c" `7.        Manage all customer inquiries and complaints
8.        Some travel required (1-2 times a year)
Skills and Qualification:  
1.        Bachelor of Foods Science
2.        Strong knowledge on NSF, CFIA, HACCP, GMP
3.        Strong understanding of food manufacturing, food safety and food quality
4.        Ability to work well under pressure
5.        Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadline in a fast-paced environment
6.        Strong organizational and time management skills
Work Experience:  Minimum of 2 years of food manufacturing experience as a QA Manager or Supervisor
