纽约中国总领事馆今天打了电话给宾大留学生协会。

Dear friends,

A few minutes ago, the Consulate General of P. R.
: b' H6 E+ ]1 Y5 ?+ ?7 x: aChina in New York called CSSAP mentioning the possible
% m% D! B8 I' [, Hnegative effects of the recent Virginia Tech shooting
tragedy on Asian students, which include Chinese
students. Although the gunman has been currently

it is recommended that Chinese students at UPenn and
in Philadelphia can also pay some more attention to

the shooter is Chinese should be stopped。
