: i8 o2 r; B- j. fPosting Rental Ads: Advertising available rental properties on platforms like Kijiji, Rent Faster, and Marketplace to attract potential tenants. This involves creating appealing ads, including relevant details and updating them regularly.

Viewing Arrangements: Scheduling and conducting property viewings with interested prospective tenants.

Tenant Screening: Identifying suitable tenants by conducting reference checks or credit checks.5 Q% e. n3 {% S/ S8 q) m

Maintenance Coordination: Organizing and scheduling repairs, replacements, and cleaning services for rental properties. Additionally, responding to emergency situations in a timely manner to minimize property damage and ensure tenant safety.

Move-ins and Move-outs: Conducting inspections with tenants before they move in and after they move out. Determine any necessary deductions from the security deposit if applicable.
