Job Summary:
c7 ?5 w5 ~ ~" X* K- ~% S5 e9 YThe Non-ferrous laborer must be able to properly identify and sort non-ferrous metals. Applies knowledge of non-ferrous metals to properly identify materials when interacting with customers. Prepares non-ferrous materials for transport. Both indoor and outdoor, fast-paced setting.5 i% p8 I: R3 h; o$ O4 Z( v0 `

Job Responsibilities:

Must be able to sort, process, grade non-ferrous materials
9 S# d. y0 H4 [+ RInspects material for hazardous waste and grades different types of non-ferrous materials
5 f8 b2 N; R6 F7 E* I+ i& C& Z0 hLoads and unloads non-ferrous material
" x0 T* [ r' a: ]( ]Must be able to work safely at all times9 r) v6 L ?# `* g- X+ x$ b
Be able to effectively perform tasks independently. R' _5 f8 ]) J* h- Z/ z
Performs routine housekeeping.

Well-articulated and assertive
4 [) H9 q. y3 B3 cAbility to effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to supervisors, maintenance personnel and other employees of the organization
