- t7 D) T' H, SThe Non-ferrous laborer must be able to properly identify and sort non-ferrous metals. Applies knowledge of non-ferrous metals to properly identify materials when interacting with customers. Prepares non-ferrous materials for transport. Both indoor and outdoor, fast-paced setting." Schedule:

Must be able to sort, process, grade non-ferrous materials1 m5 {: Y( M: p0 P8 ^3 U
Inspects material for hazardous waste and grades different types of non-ferrous materials) [, s3 q0 Y6 M( ?( n- f
Loads and unloads non-ferrous material
+ }3 {0 M" F" N u1 QMust be able to work safely at all times
7 T6 E2 P! a8 `0 Y1 ?! d# `Be able to effectively perform tasks independently" F* T0 D4 a4 r! C/ r
Performs routine housekeeping.

Well-articulated and assertive6 N3 a! E3 `+ t( E
Ability to effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to supervisors, maintenance personnel and other employees of the organization1 L: a9 d1 A- n, }8 n' G
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
