The Non-ferrous laborer must be able to properly identify and sort non-ferrous metals. Applies knowledge of non-ferrous metals to properly identify materials when interacting with customers. Prepares non-ferrous materials for transport. Both indoor and outdoor, fast-paced setting.

Job Responsibilities:. R4 h4 x7 i* T" g6 t% n6 L) e2 S

Must be able to sort, process, grade non-ferrous materials: f5 C5 u8 `0 X# [ W
Inspects material for hazardous waste and grades different types of non-ferrous materials
/ X" D+ `$ L7 ~- HLoads and unloads non-ferrous material( C- D# v) t' }" M k5 l6 O
Must be able to work safely at all times
& |' F2 P( i3 r# FBe able to effectively perform tasks independently5 r; R7 T, w& y5 T
Performs routine housekeeping.

Metal recycling industry experience is an asset

High school diploma (Or GED)* b' [- k- M) x. p
Well-articulated and assertive
3 a5 Y' o6 M- J% @' X t9 n4 J9 HAbility to effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to supervisors, maintenance personnel and other employees of the organization
