The Non-ferrous laborer must be able to properly identify and sort non-ferrous metals. Applies knowledge of non-ferrous metals to properly identify materials when interacting with customers. Prepares non-ferrous materials for transport. Both indoor and outdoor, fast-paced setting.3 l7 o1 k0 A# [3 u3 |3 p' z3 u

Inspects material for hazardous waste and grades different types of non-ferrous materials; d0 Q R( {7 N, `" H
Loads and unloads non-ferrous material
M& ?- q8 D* ^& WMust be able to work safely at all times7 K. z1 }* |$ g) N+ x* b
Be able to effectively perform tasks independently
9 e5 t6 a$ q8 |Performs routine housekeeping.

Ability to effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to supervisors, maintenance personnel and other employees of the organization
