The Non-ferrous laborer must be able to properly identify and sort non-ferrous metals. Applies knowledge of non-ferrous metals to properly identify materials when interacting with customers. Prepares non-ferrous materials for transport. Both indoor and outdoor, fast-paced setting.

Must be able to sort, process, grade non-ferrous materials" B3 B# m4 W) v8 {* z& P9 T! H
Inspects material for hazardous waste and grades different types of non-ferrous materials- c$ H6 x/ |( i @
Loads and unloads non-ferrous material

Be able to effectively perform tasks independently! O3 G. r' _, q- s

Observes and reports any safety issues

High school diploma (Or GED)/ ^4 K, V- `5 o9 a* s6 h/ l

Ability to effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to supervisors, maintenance personnel and other employees of the organization+ X# N7 x5 @) A, `2 h
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
