, t. {/ _1 i! I4 t* }9 TThe Non-ferrous laborer must be able to properly identify and sort non-ferrous metals. Applies knowledge of non-ferrous metals to properly identify materials when interacting with customers. Prepares non-ferrous materials for transport. Both indoor and outdoor, fast-paced setting.

Must be able to sort, process, grade non-ferrous materials
2 @: x& c' ~2 lInspects material for hazardous waste and grades different types of non-ferrous materials
) Y) ?5 V9 C% | i& ALoads and unloads non-ferrous material, S! d/ f3 c6 d/ X5 N: n+ T
Must be able to work safely at all times
2 D( E0 y/ e3 r( k' QBe able to effectively perform tasks independently) F4 ^/ o1 f% G# q' f' C: r
Performs routine housekeeping.

Experience stripping equipment and/or with manual material sorting

High school diploma (Or GED)4 {# ~1 U0 H! w
Well-articulated and assertive
# I6 n" l* {& T+ E& D) b8 wAbility to effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to supervisors, maintenance personnel and other employees of the organization
