4 R9 ]8 B8 a# N/ v5 f6 Z4 [; Y: w: k1 ?The Non-ferrous laborer must be able to properly identify and sort non-ferrous metals. Applies knowledge of non-ferrous metals to properly identify materials when interacting with customers. Prepares non-ferrous materials for transport. Both indoor and outdoor, fast-paced setting.

Job Responsibilities:

Must be able to sort, process, grade non-ferrous materials& W* n. D' F( @, f
Inspects material for hazardous waste and grades different types of non-ferrous materials" Y* F1 m T. E3 D' g7 h4 \& V
Loads and unloads non-ferrous material
% p5 I4 E8 {: MMust be able to work safely at all times A5 m* @7 \1 C) y/ V( l4 ?2 b9 S
Be able to effectively perform tasks independently1 c# u8 i4 @; u9 Q/ f$ a
Performs routine housekeeping.
# B' _& G9 X4 b* TObserves and reports any safety issues6 U1 X, X' e5 e1 ?7 N
Other duties may be assigned

High school diploma (Or GED)2 H. P+ x2 z1 Z
Well-articulated and assertive
0 J8 k& s7 s' L- N% YAbility to effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to supervisors, maintenance personnel and other employees of the organization
