1 y8 N8 k$ v% qThe Non-ferrous laborer must be able to properly identify and sort non-ferrous metals. Applies knowledge of non-ferrous metals to properly identify materials when interacting with customers. Prepares non-ferrous materials for transport. Both indoor and outdoor, fast-paced setting.- T9 R- M R o1 x

Monday – Friday 11 am-7 pm

Job Responsibilities:

Must be able to sort, process, grade non-ferrous materials
( I! n1 _1 x# g7 u" b4 h% FInspects material for hazardous waste and grades different types of non-ferrous materials1 w9 P6 k( b2 h, R2 q; z
Loads and unloads non-ferrous material- j b3 q. [' o: m
Must be able to work safely at all times B! |" M- F. p c1 W! d7 l& A/ R5 J8 P% j
Be able to effectively perform tasks independently k i& ~& h& u+ l
Performs routine housekeeping.

Metal recycling industry experience is an asset

Knowledge of non-ferrous processing: O$ D1 [5 p0 {9 c$ e6 y
High school diploma (Or GED)
V& c/ s1 b" W) s$ mWell-articulated and assertive! \* o( P' |$ X5 [! j" P+ g& |- x2 p
Ability to effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to supervisors, maintenance personnel and other employees of the organization

Ability to write simple correspondence
