Job Summary:- \( t, d( w3 l1 V
The Non-ferrous laborer must be able to properly identify and sort non-ferrous metals. Applies knowledge of non-ferrous metals to properly identify materials when interacting with customers. Prepares non-ferrous materials for transport. Both indoor and outdoor, fast-paced setting.

: B2 L, m# _* I# R1 v+ N% S- R) zMust be able to sort, process, grade non-ferrous materials
) d9 J3 o; t- b/ j# b( zInspects material for hazardous waste and grades different types of non-ferrous materials
' v6 y" L0 `, c3 l& ?Loads and unloads non-ferrous material2 w- Q. v0 t" f2 h$ R
Must be able to work safely at all times

Understand and be able to grade all non-ferrous material properly

Experience stripping equipment and/or with manual material sorting
( I5 Z8 q/ \/ Z) F: Q, k5 q/ VKnowledge of non-ferrous processing
2 C: N$ Z! N n& u: u6 H; s$ IHigh school diploma (Or GED)% W. f3 I b; z, G6 l
Well-articulated and assertive1 f: e p! G0 T4 g1 [( W' d
Ability to effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to supervisors, maintenance personnel and other employees of the organization
