The Non-ferrous laborer must be able to properly identify and sort non-ferrous metals. Applies knowledge of non-ferrous metals to properly identify materials when interacting with customers. Prepares non-ferrous materials for transport. Both indoor and outdoor, fast-paced setting.% K7 j3 |7 F l3 H; l0 J: X0 s

Job Responsibilities:

+ I- k x/ I# Z/ HMust be able to sort, process, grade non-ferrous materials

Loads and unloads non-ferrous material

Be able to effectively perform tasks independently

Understand and be able to grade all non-ferrous material properly

Experience stripping equipment and/or with manual material sorting
4 l$ @2 N6 o! o }. I4 D3 \/ VKnowledge of non-ferrous processing9 }2 s; x4 {7 S- E6 \4 g0 x' P
High school diploma (Or GED)
2 J* y1 O3 j U8 C& L( T" JWell-articulated and assertive
$ d O/ _! ]2 l7 p5 G+ UAbility to effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to supervisors, maintenance personnel and other employees of the organization5 G7 V1 O; ~9 v* t! z" j
