The Non-ferrous laborer must be able to properly identify and sort non-ferrous metals. Applies knowledge of non-ferrous metals to properly identify materials when interacting with customers. Prepares non-ferrous materials for transport. Both indoor and outdoor, fast-paced setting.& `8 v5 |% m# Q4 I& B9 s

Must be able to sort, process, grade non-ferrous materials
5 Z% G7 t7 \9 o5 q0 JInspects material for hazardous waste and grades different types of non-ferrous materials

Must be able to work safely at all times/ o, O! a5 r: w" z7 |( w
Be able to effectively perform tasks independently

Knowledge of non-ferrous processing" K8 ]6 s$ P: d, l
High school diploma (Or GED)

Ability to effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to supervisors, maintenance personnel and other employees of the organization
