Job type: Full-time Permanent
- Q. ]: B/ F1 X- h3 M( eShift& schedule: Tuesday-Friday 6:30 am-2:30 pm Saturday 8 am-4 pm

; `6 n+ s2 ]; ~) f; Q3 q
' v( F% X1 M0 _" Z- U-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
. Y7 |. S5 X6 B; N% h$ y4 _-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
8 Y( [% u* q  z2 C. W/ g- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
% ]7 \* h9 q9 D5 r, P-Providing general clerical support to the office.
-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

+ U3 i+ M8 A, Z+ y  w, z* }7 `-Customer service concepts.
-Strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills.

Education and Qualifications:
/ [( q7 ^; ^# n/ B( \1 [: E
- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
" p* l" j! k! K/ N$ \; N* W- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
2 A2 }6 T6 e) @3 L# u- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
