! u8 c7 t7 p! e: O- aDuties include: working closely with graduate students and research
$ T: D( A5 A9 P# l7 dtechnicians, the candidate will work on the synthesis of intermediates
for use in chemical and biochemical research. Particular duties will
+ C' c" {8 X4 [; I9 o! Xinclude carrying out chemical and/or enzymatic reactions and purifying
compounds by chromatography.

Qualifications include successful completion of courses in organic
7 Z/ u7 a, {1 @' K  Z" f" P! G4 oChemistry (Chemistry 263 or equivalent) and ideally biochemistry and
7 `! J! q; h- Y7 S, a2 Canalytical chemistry; familiarity with basic biology and chromatographic
" I! c2 C( r& i, c( Gseparations important. Attention to detail and ability to work as part
of a team essential.

4 K, Y7 O! j2 w9 z# rand chemical research and would be ideal for students who ultimately
