venues, tour agents, goods and services, program materials and supplies,
7 }& P8 u& P) T6 V) f) G' h- Petc.); reproducing and distributing documents and correspondence for4 W+ y d1 M3 c! y" A8 @
participants, assisting to orient participants to the University and5 `9 \& D. ]8 ^
their program on their arrival, and trouble-shooting for them during

outings or site visits, or, occasionally, on overnight out-of-city

Qualifications include: senior undergrad student; coursework in
8 C/ F6 V7 b5 `/ M# O7 G) {Commerce, Education or Economics preferred, ability to communicate+ h0 r! |# `- w$ J
fluently (oral and written) in English and Mandarin Chinese,
6 z9 y6 C+ M9 c) ~! j7 x O( Rdemonstrates a high-level of self organization, initiative to undertake
+ c- J" y1 J/ C- s& \( v" o/ M4 Ua variety of tasks; ability to coordinate individual efforts with those
7 V2 i! ?% e/ Z. t/ b+ ~of co-workers, excellent interpersonal organization and time-management
& H) f) w0 n. ^, F9 gskills; accuracy to detail; working knowledge of MS applications (Word,
