The University of Alberta - Office of the Registrar is currently
recruiting for the full time summer position of International Admissions
Student Intern.

. l! q4 a+ `% M2 f. DSalary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

Duties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
answering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
maintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
& n9 m5 }! B7 Z, o0 Uadmission letters to be emailed to students living at international
$ x6 b9 U, q: x- F7 w4 p# {: }' Saddresses and general office duties.
' c  w. e$ \. L( d7 `; e0 Z
Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
9 ]$ h* c7 ~4 W6 j- kpeak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
2 y5 Y6 {/ D1 p7 y& A3 ~skills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
1 H7 g6 ]! n+ |8 k0 Y9 q, fproficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
" n. x, K- L! t! a5 Ean asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
# R( J8 A: {' ?1 {, Rdirections.
