International Admissions Student Intern

The University of Alberta - Office of the Registrar is currently
recruiting for the full time summer position of International Admissions
! ]8 t. m) P' G3 ~- MStudent Intern.
- M; e) T( k2 i+ S' G0 N.

Salary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

Duties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
answering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
maintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
admission letters to be emailed to students living at international
addresses and general office duties.

( u' T$ h! t2 bQualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
. {- T: o: M8 q4 |  [' K) hpeak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
9 G# g6 p6 U9 I2 oskills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
proficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
an asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
