As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.

Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.# r6 E8 z/ Z' P; v
Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.; S) w: \8 h& d4 K: b3 D( |
Maintenance7 v9 `' @ L$ j8 H b; Y
2 o+ H# c( ^* t% rPreparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties., c& H* `1 ?5 ?
Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.
6 e' j9 d& S0 W- `Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.
) O. B. B$ H3 O6 ^; b( lSourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.
/ h, S) a+ N+ W7 D0 C* EConduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.( {* J3 w$ I; d" U
Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required." t) H. |, m# Z1 r4 D* X
Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
