As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.

Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.( N i) j# g( f
Maintenance

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.

Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.5 l1 t3 k3 X% S. S
Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.

Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur. U! n' P. F5 m$ K3 W
