As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.

Oversight of day-to-day operating expenditures for the properties.
+ x' j6 y! Q( [: DCollection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.
5 b" s' ]6 q" N, J1 w7 bMaintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.
5 _. N- Y6 R9 b( G9 i2 TMonitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.
0 \" F: c; ?/ }* ^) ^Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.
! V" [2 y7 p1 n9 A; ?6 t, Q6 |Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.' ^- x$ k; g- W9 a( V) V
Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.
9 o2 X% M, V z' w# P E5 H3 \Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.7 w; C; w" u, I* W
Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
" O9 B% q2 [6 ? D3 kThe duty of a Resident Manager ensures the satisfaction of the tenants and the Landlord.
