As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.

Review and approval of monthly financial statements, rent rolls, and revenue reports.

Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.4 S& G. Y5 Z. a# W# ^
Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.

Maintenance# ]+ G N& G$ c# \3 m e, _6 j& ?
Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.
) O# i6 e0 _. uMonitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.
- y' ?+ e5 J" u) y/ A9 J0 X: iEnsuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.
5 `1 a% _+ `) B( z6 e* Z6 {Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.
* H1 [; t) B3 i$ _Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.

Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
