We are currently seeking a Resident Manager for a portfolio of rental properties in Edmonton. As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.

Any experience managing a portfolio of residential properties.

Oversight of day-to-day operating expenditures for the properties.

6 {; W5 [: T8 ^' F3 b% EMaintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.

Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.

1 y% f9 h& h+ ?6 v E9 A2 mConduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.

Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
