We are currently seeking a Resident Manager for a portfolio of rental properties in Edmonton. As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting. 9 o: j, z5 ~: _3 ^

At least 1-year customer service working experience in Canada

Any experience managing a portfolio of residential properties.

Oversight of day-to-day operating expenditures for the properties.$ V0 x, z) I" d/ n
Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.

* S" C u& T4 U q' pEnsuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.- k, o' C' ]' J/ W" W2 D: h
Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.
: Z- ]5 L. Q$ o- O+ XConduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained. E. J3 b) ]9 e# ~8 t& Y
Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.
T# ~% g# f7 pEnsure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
