# [7 O; D1 m) y" U- b2 rMaintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.

Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.

Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.8 D! j9 U% `4 t9 @ A
