As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting. }2 J; @4 b: ^, Z

Financial

Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.$ z# n# v( V- v6 {5 [/ q
Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.

Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.

! D5 k1 [4 y" G8 E5 J' C9 q8 a$ SConduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.

Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
