Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.

Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.) j9 {& k; Z; x$ x4 D) q
Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.: D8 f+ T. G9 W T4 v/ {: W4 r
Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.
