1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools1 f$ A) P. i t% D
2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks
' i$ u* J+ P! `7 A4 K5 f: u @# O3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties
