1. Able to communicate fluently in English

3. Have education in any of high school, college, university and other qualified institutions" F& G( A/ w/ ~' s" G) A
4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails# {% h- v' T% w2 c+ t
5. Has class 5 drivers license
; Q# t& c% i( ~ N8 c+ |* L+ }6. At least 1-year work experience in any field

1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools. O9 ^7 u. I. y1 r) N G: B! a
2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks
# O0 d; [2 H! J7 B. a% e: b* _' R3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties
% D1 f5 L( u- F' ^4 ?4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices
) r5 ` t# x: _5 g- Z5 j5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs
