1. Able to communicate fluently in English
" y4 P( P. d [# ?9 O1 p4 Z1 a2. Have hand on skills on cleaning and maintenance U% a- u) d* [# X
3. Have education in any of high school, college, university and other qualified institutions. g# v; A8 }( Q, O- M
4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails; m3 R2 ~3 m, W6 }
5. Has class 5 drivers license
* K% q1 g$ {! U( {; g. g6. At least 1-year work experience in any field& b+ {7 j/ H# P) h$ l) S
5 _/ V5 t2 F& Q' r" ?* e5 w9 @9 ^, N# P
Job Duties:
* w8 d0 b, _/ s& k! l- a2 q1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools! e6 Z6 c. q: g M% `/ X
2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks
( x, ?6 q) n# @, n1 _/ Z5 B; |8 t$ y3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties
) C* M* q3 v) z, x1 h" _7 V4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices
9 g& E% }2 G( k, V5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs
$ Q2 M. J0 q5 G) R' E6. Communicate and Assign maintenance work to third-party maintenance company+ A+ \/ w1 E# h, u# ^* F
