3. Have education in any of high school, college, university and other qualified institutions% ]% [2 Q* I5 E6 O4 `) V* @
4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails. p0 l# J) c0 }% o
5. Has class 5 drivers license
. o8 K4 I& ?7 j. Z+ ]( j% F- a6. At least 1-year work experience in any field9 V- r# O/ H6 C% B9 m- o

Job Duties:( V" Y! c' R4 y2 l
1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools! h; L' F I* F- M/ W5 R6 L# ~* u
2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks3 c* @7 H4 [5 ]& ^9 h
3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties9 z& B7 |* ^; N, m! g
4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices
3 p+ o _) Q' _3 A' r2 D& S5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs
8 N+ [( n7 z; @6. Communicate and Assign maintenance work to third-party maintenance company7 v" S& @4 D0 {& C; I) S& \
