JOB SUMMARY: Responsible to and under the general supervision of the

carrying out the procedures necessary to maintain a high standard of

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

orders.

0 C6 [% B: \! j! P! Y( p2) Responsible for ensuring that customers consistently receive a
) y. m7 A0 `+ ahigh level of customer service offered with a positive attitude, in % b9 N- Q9 _, n* Y
accordance with Students' Union policies.

3 e- _: d3 w/ h1 V3) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold and for the

4) Responsible for maintaining table, room and bar area cleanliness, ) p, N5 u6 y, U, [
including regular bussing and wiping of tables, full ashtray removal

5) Monitoring patron levels of intoxication and taking appropriate

QUALIFICATIONS;2 C+ ^3 S& c4 n1 D
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

7 W: H. ]( W( K# m2) Minimum one year serving experience in a high-volume, food-based * ^$ U6 z7 x: q
operation.2 ]$ ^$ I. P+ ^
) {4 @( O, ~8 X0 u7 a3) Personal cleanliness and dress in accordance with Students' Union 2 B6 q; h# J: j8 M0 g+ v3 Z' C7 t
policy.
