JOB SUMMARY: Responsible to and under the general supervision of the

cleanliness and order in the bar.

beverage items.

2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the , w" k( G# A+ p# \! v
bar and debit floats.

3 j ~, a1 O& z2 y3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of

4) Cleanliness of all areas, supplies and equipment, with particular
% P' u M3 Y2 O# B5 wattention to areas used by customers including bar counters and

5) Receives orders from suppliers, rotating stock as required in
8 \ `5 e; ~* A: N( Vstorage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol 7 |: [( F1 m* p% c
products, serving supplies and condiments at the end of each shift.0 h, a0 D8 h- M, C. v

6) Supervision of staff, with particular attention to close
' b8 e# `% ^% D+ M$ q$ Gmonitoring of Servers to ensure that customers consistently receive a 4 a& f7 N z) i7 O* T( `6 b
high level of customer service offered with a positive attitude in
( v/ ?+ ^8 g9 Laccordance with Students' Union policies.

9 c. K1 n* b0 v7) Training part-time staff in a manner consistent with maintaining a

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.5 R% w$ P9 q4 e6 V9 G
9 t+ v1 u* @- }# M2) Minimum of two years experience bartending in a high-volume

4) Good physical condition, the ability to handle full beer kegs.
