Operations Manager, the Bartender is responsible for carrying out the
7 M% s* J# X/ q; I! N, r, Yprocedures necessary to maintain a high standard of customer service,
$ u# A/ r4 F% g% y0 Y; P. P/ A1 Qcleanliness and order in the bar. O" O9 x1 C1 {9 F0 _5 t

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:( {3 i! u6 ?8 p6 @" s* j$ `- X* j
1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and $ ~ a* q8 k' i4 r3 M
beverage items.

2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the
6 t9 r9 Z' @0 i/ L. K6 q. J' G& ^! e! cbar and debit floats.- `. p o; }: s; a6 p& X, w( w

3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of
) d: i% \ a. }each shift, and upon closing.* k& N, G, t% e2 Q: X2 N

4) Cleanliness of all areas, supplies and equipment, with particular " C" a8 U: m2 l$ | V" ?
attention to areas used by customers including bar counters and
5 S9 x/ {& R0 d: U: J5 Xseating, tables and chairs and surrounding floor surfaces.- p& V0 I$ w# B h! k6 p0 g( i- U
" l; q( j7 b+ Q, W6 P; ?" p9 J5) Receives orders from suppliers, rotating stock as required in 5 q8 h, [* a4 `
storage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol
: u5 B4 ?( ]% r7 @products, serving supplies and condiments at the end of each shift.

6) Supervision of staff, with particular attention to close
4 k. F8 I Z1 H8 I( j6 A" W/ Mmonitoring of Servers to ensure that customers consistently receive a + [3 F L: ^) ` T
high level of customer service offered with a positive attitude in

7) Training part-time staff in a manner consistent with maintaining a

! N- c& T: G3 O6 b2) Minimum of two years experience bartending in a high-volume 0 a3 C! B( ?% M9 p3 S, @& N, n
operation.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance, personal hygiene and dress in 4 v9 |, b# b( c$ Q! R+ l
