cleanliness and order in the bar.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
% z6 G2 O% m# I0 J! X0 N, h1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and ' d/ h& W3 r O7 |" G
beverage items.7 m# y+ l, t( u! S8 U+ V6 Y

2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the 4 E4 A, v1 C7 y7 i r
bar and debit floats.1 g$ _$ z- y3 } ]' A% S

3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of : d$ M" ~6 |2 L2 j4 W
each shift, and upon closing.

/ i% W: T X/ V! b, F! Y+ _4) Cleanliness of all areas, supplies and equipment, with particular

seating, tables and chairs and surrounding floor surfaces.0 a x- F. d% N! U C! F/ f K* L- j
# s7 Y% _2 l7 d4 t5) Receives orders from suppliers, rotating stock as required in
, N2 W& y8 k* \storage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol

6) Supervision of staff, with particular attention to close # K- \3 ]4 Z0 g% d W" S
monitoring of Servers to ensure that customers consistently receive a * F& a @$ H) y0 S
high level of customer service offered with a positive attitude in

7) Training part-time staff in a manner consistent with maintaining a

QUALIFICATIONS:- D; I% y( ?- l t% ?$ n9 R
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Minimum of two years experience bartending in a high-volume
0 [; c, r5 A5 w& L" V5 foperation.+ \0 q, T ~: u: d8 {
7 Q8 a9 l& o* n: r& j$ a' p3) Excellent work habits, appearance, personal hygiene and dress in
