p.m., Monday through Friday
JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the  
Operations Manager and Senior Operations Manager-Food Services.

3 I; l7 p  F  t: I% @- B6 WDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
+ z; ^0 D6 {) D. S5 o" B) i1) Serve as cashier when required.

. c6 a; j% \, I' L5 h# O, U' |2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

3) Food preparation and cooking as required.

! x3 k3 ^, _- I6 O0 h4) To follow stipulate of the Edmonton Board of Health.
+ O8 e$ f# {; F; G7 [
5) Monitor product levels, order, receive and store food deliveries.

6) Perform monthly food inventory.
, {& ^5 G8 [, d0 C* e
7) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Power Plant/RATT operating hours.

To perform other related duties as directed by the Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum one year experience as a short order cook, thorough  
knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

% H9 @5 @! V' V" s2) Previous experience with food inventories.

3) Cashier experience.
1 v3 {7 l1 S& p  f; y5 q4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Very good public and staff relations.

6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.

8 [5 `3 c- g9 W( hFebruary 14/97/Union Position

/ q- b( a- y' L: `( ^Wage: $8.96/hour (under negotiation) plus 50% discount on food
