POSITION SUMMARY:

•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
2 T  z' u7 k7 U1 U•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
: `/ _0 Q! G9 t4 g8 U0 R1 ~4 q" j: K/ g•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
- [1 y1 x" I& o9 G: A$ R•        Control store-operating expenses.
! |7 A, H+ u: _5 U7 p! v4 k: D! Q•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.


1 K3 `# Z+ m4 R2 DREQUIREMENTS:

•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
& G8 \0 h% p! q. ?* A•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
4 K9 P  S# ~- N•        Excellent customer service skills.
+ P, j$ n6 K" J( M/ Y1 ]& s. W•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
