0 s9 S+ v' n0 R3 nDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
! [, Z, K8 h0 P  ]$ j2 q7 F( d" V•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
4 ]/ x. L/ Z  c' N" V3 z•        Control store-operating expenses.
5 @" f/ x' F. E9 o•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
6 w0 l% G# a- Z% h•        Maintain employee files and records.

REQUIREMENTS:

•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
& I5 c' f. a0 [6 n- w/ j( S•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
: k5 p; h; \4 [•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
; e1 |3 V+ M+ T9 l2 Z! Q2 X•        Excellent customer service skills.
9 |; A; @4 L2 {6 v4 C4 Z% c•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
" h0 {) v% O$ E" M" H4 V7 u5 @•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
