POSITION SUMMARY:

# ~0 O. z1 U; V* m4 A•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
; H0 r7 Z* b4 I8 |1 ^Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.

•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.

REQUIREMENTS:

8 p% I- @9 W2 l•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
; a& l6 Z9 _; z/ ]% }•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
; q7 @: x4 ]$ q) I- r" o•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
