POSITION SUMMARY:

$ h% P% x4 t( _6 k•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
9 r9 z  I1 f2 `( k& ^$ e8 M•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
4 C  c- h0 V& L•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

REQUIREMENTS:
4 h: _* C. P4 L6 g/ Q- `' K! `9 d
•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
% x7 n. c9 m4 Y; y  L3 p•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
( O2 G% ^9 A% m+ [•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
. ^1 `0 Q+ l$ r7 A2 O+ ]8 ?•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
