POSITION SUMMARY:

•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
6 ~8 v* C( h. T! M& b! K% q•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
1 a4 D0 c9 E/ d2 l•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
$ X" F$ K1 I9 ~•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.

  p0 I" D7 {! \0 H' Z: r: NREQUIREMENTS:

5 _! A% o8 e) `+ C1 K3 N•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
8 R1 I7 ]  _2 u! u5 @% k, d6 p•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
1 k* X: _% b! x. y•        Excellent customer service skills.
7 A' m. I" D1 a•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
4 G2 F, _5 Q# S0 B7 M•        Strong Leadership skills.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
