# ~0 O. z1 U; V* m4 A• Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
; H0 r7 Z* b4 I8 |1 ^Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.* D' R3 i1 L6 g, H( A" L
• Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.6 T4 V( }3 _ c/ q# I
• Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.

• Lead by example in company service standards.! [6 k& t" s8 q" T. ?

• Maintain employee files and records.

REQUIREMENTS:. @8 O W: o/ U) c2 Z
8 p% I- @9 W2 l• University or College diploma in Business an asset.8 U+ w6 W& L/ t' M0 |: M
• Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
; a& l6 Z9 _; z/ ]% }• Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.' X. ^5 D+ {# D2 U
• Excellent customer service skills., V, x+ e* ?- Y0 {* q& M
• Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.

• Strong Leadership skills.
