POSITION SUMMARY:
+ B8 f/ G% {0 W- ?) H
•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.

•        Manage store physical inventory.
- f% j0 ?* x) \* y•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

# a8 R& \; ^  s. q" ^8 g& z•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
. F, \0 k9 \, H. r. ~# i0 T•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
) T7 p. Y4 b6 C& N3 J: D* [) Q  F•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
