POSITION SUMMARY:

2 b% X$ L# M6 i+ O( Q•        Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store.  
Key areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.
•        Lead by example-role model for the company service standards.
$ N; k" h0 {& c5 o•        Provide guidance, training, and direction to Shift Leaders and Customer Service Representatives.
( W2 s  y/ {2 g- W•        Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Assist in maintaining employee files and records.
6 v# l9 c% c0 x, [, _" `8 h•        Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.

REQUIREMENTS:
& @7 }8 P! `& c' S! t6 {: r
•        Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
& ~' u1 @8 l/ @" [•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
