ACTION FOR HEALTHY COMMUNITIES (AHC) is recruiting students (preferably members of a visible minority community and/or of a Disability community) for the following summer position: Community Initiatives Documenter. We are a non-profit community development organization operating in central Edmonton. " v' T; J4 r5 N6 H# ]The CI Documenter will contact and meet leaders of 30 Community Initiatives (mini-projects) to discuss and document their progress to date, facilitate a planning process for each CI to sustain their outcomes, and create a final document analyzing CI trends, strengths, learnings and plans.

1. Full-time college or university student, under 30 years of age before and after the position and not attending full-time classes while participating in their placement.
& |5 b/ h ?* F2. Legally entitled to work according to relevant federal and provincial legislation and regulations.
) ^$ L3 f; z' y% q3. Good organizational and verbal and written communication skills.! Q8 ~2 n0 ~9 J% W
4. Team player and also able to work independently. Able to deal proactively with change and achieve goals through coordination with other people.
