For the City of Edmonton, Terwillegar Towne is the area from 23ave to Terwillegar Blvd. There are few areas that The City of Edmonton and developers use different names.

The City name it "Haddow", the developers call it "Riverside"
The City name it "Leger", the developers call it "Whitemud Oaks"

其实上面所列的8个并不是最好的8个, 还有好几个区的得分都在70 多分到80多分, 比如西北的CANOSSA, CUMBERLAND, OXFORD,东北区的 MATT BERRY, HOLLICK KENYON, CLAIRVIEW CAMPUS,及西区的JAMEISON PLACE 的得分都较高, 象GLENORA 这样的区也只能算是个中等区吧.

那里有一个朝河的豪华高层,上百万了都

5 n9 E, g6 S: f+ y你说的对，文章里也就是给个大概的意思，不是很精确。比如说 TERWILLEGAR 区那一带，INDEX 也都差不多，差个10分以内是不会有大区别的。
4 j5 V9 b/ c0 J: G" [但 80 分 和 50 分的区有会有不小的差别了。

例外，低分区里也会有很好的小环境“子区”，这篇文章只是宏观上给个概念而已。
