如果搬家没有提前一个月通知原房主，会损失多少钱？有明确的相关规定吗？有人说会多扣除一个月房租， 还有人说会损失100刀。因此请教，多谢！

amount. If you refuse to pay, he will put a bad point in your Credit report. You might have difficult to rent next
place. Best is tell the landlord even it is less than 1 month.

8 m5 a, v$ K/ W: rThe landlord was actuuly very glad that we notified him 1 month early. He kept our security deposit though.
Trust that if you treat other people nice, they would or would not treat you nice, but if you treat
other people bad, they will defeintely treat you bad.

If your lease is month to month, and he finds the next renter, he should give back your deposit minus damage.

A re-rental fee of $100 if the tenant terminate a month to month lease with in four (4) months of occupying  the apartment.
2 u% r  n1 K! F6 o5 \, H（termination by tenant) 一项中没有明确的关于没提前通知将如何如何的条款。

一般会多扣除一个月房租，你可以自己找个新租客。
