JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
  @5 ~  }* l3 `8 c8 s(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
2 a4 B) J( r3 \. Y, ?! U+ r& spolicies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

% R3 @# B3 x6 g, X8 L4 c$ oDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
' v3 {# n/ B( a- m& }8 q* T0 z" |1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.

2 {1 O% y" i! V2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.
3 V# Y6 X( m+ g, c! u0 J
( x3 \% R# p! C! J4 X3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.

: u2 h8 t. P4 L4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
9 b: n$ ~+ L3 \, {, V8 Lconsumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
* M2 c6 O' m9 r& `+ n3 S1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

9 b7 L7 r3 Y" {7 E2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
) Q* v' w& Y0 {; ^7 C# g
) l& B5 N4 f2 m4) Must be physically capable.

1 p# ~- |; ]5 U& y3 h& b8 C5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general  
1 R1 |( s" y2 q8 y% Bpublic.

Wage: $7.73/hour + gratuities

Shift: 6 - 12 hours per week, 7pm - 1am Fridays and Saturdays
