DOORPERSON (RATT)

JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
4 k; i3 _2 s* o(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

2 s& z$ o' ~6 g& f/ c& r5 ~DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
/ G3 l8 v; e+ {9 ]% |9 j" d1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
0 w( ?0 Y; \5 f2 Xand are University affiliated.

2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.

# n' L2 X, _  M4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
! h6 g9 G9 g$ zconsumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

/ r& I# o" H2 q- S( F5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
/ c9 }- @; w! T5 B) ^1 e. jarea when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
' A  e, ~# F* H' e! |' f) |1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

5 X2 |& L0 |. M5 o2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

3 g$ [8 s' k! W  H3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

public.
