) {6 }( z% S0 a7 {' uJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
" T+ d$ _8 T8 d: C7 q(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
& z) V* y6 q# {' R& s/ A: ~policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

4 k, Y0 D0 Z" X# h& }DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
; D; {- ]4 i; s3 C3 a* ], Xand are University affiliated.
! R/ s" b) w4 z) E  n
2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.
! O  W: I1 u' o$ u, r& [/ U
3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.

6 c0 A1 h; M( A# J4 g: X1 d4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.
# v5 T! B. ]' m0 x# _
1 o2 I% e* l" I5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
! e; c' ]1 b  D; lManager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

0 c  s  Y4 @& C! O1 o( r1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
6 a6 q/ u" a2 |  o/ xof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
# h* u. h3 K7 c" d8 Z# g9 ocalmly under extremely stressful conditions.
; G7 T- g% u- J' C+ Y" P! P, d
3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
