" p! N  c0 \9 g% x. j/ R/ t. OJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
  \! I$ y; V' g4 A) l(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
, V2 J8 {; y8 t( u3 j2 }1 xpolicies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
- Z- f! V2 s: I; y  M: u# ]and are University affiliated.

2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.

8 u/ a6 V9 E. w+ x) k" ~4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
: u) ?/ z1 ]: ]consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
5 a/ \8 X: g( d3 ~Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

) H2 q6 K" ]6 |& V( sQUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
9 d5 V3 i& R! }calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general
