. O' B; k1 |( s3 p# Q5 gJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
: U; h; O$ I% L* Z+ m; c  Eand are University affiliated.

* X5 s2 l. c7 U$ {, d2 h$ A  U2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
/ u8 P9 H3 {5 U7 M6 b$ {, lof garbage.

8 v; c, e! o2 T% G* i4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
. e! ]5 _6 c$ P1 ]consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations

QUALIFICATIONS;
3 a; n* p0 |( Y* Q7 b& Y6 |1 T1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
2 k6 y% D4 X/ P! h* q. P: pof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

9 n5 M& s8 i; A2 P4 u6 N- D4) Must be physically capable.
