# s6 _, p1 j% V5 lJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
2 h3 A  Z! Q3 Rpolicies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

9 P: i1 S8 H4 r2 x1 jDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.

2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.
& C7 A# `) c' i; X
3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
' J# ~" a- ?/ D9 Q5 d' Iof garbage.
+ S4 J( i& V) i# m: e& S; E; x+ P* E
3 Z; a# K5 A1 H' |0 Z+ U% e& I8 Z4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
. h2 Q2 F# I9 [& V2 n' {, earea when required.
$ H+ I1 I/ U5 B- n* }, `( y( F: j- m
+ [* b# a2 ^2 W5 V6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
9 X1 I& ~9 R8 U& ^5 fManager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
0 R  @5 }) S7 T; I, a' V* P1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
) p* a9 U) ^: H, C: o, H
/ Q; w+ C1 b( X- l* Q7 D2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
) {. ~3 D$ ^  Wcalmly under extremely stressful conditions.

% c' X! Y: F1 V: A3 W  J3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Must be physically capable.

5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general

Wage: $7.73/hour + gratuities

+ A' [2 P& G6 R* U$ u9 I+ W  hShift: 6 - 12 hours per week, 7pm - 1am Fridays and Saturdays
