$ ~  X) N/ }# f( }- FJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
- g! h$ K' H, Q- g$ Fpolicies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

; T, S; @' M& s1 S1 M  b% Y+ F4 e/ B$ vDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
# X* |/ t2 k3 L4 W& f8 V7 m: d" _and are University affiliated.

+ \; Y; ^3 V( U3 ~; f. F2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

5 q* M2 J3 X) m+ n$ `3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
$ `2 x, _  X$ G- d9 {. X3 bof garbage.

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
0 W9 c1 ]" Z( K) K% Q( Tconsumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
# ~. Q/ K& n: J4 e/ h2 {Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

7 d- t# w6 N! R( ~3 R6 OQUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
. |$ E$ i/ A6 v; R- A1 _9 R5 ?/ F: H
2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
9 S: V, l9 v+ j; d; ?' Hof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
! T/ c4 \  {0 t; ?9 t6 O( ucalmly under extremely stressful conditions.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

. i* b8 p3 Q: e4) Must be physically capable.

5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general  
public.
