# w7 f2 d0 z+ [8 _4 ^( t$ vJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
2 P( Q% w# {5 Y2 X(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
, H/ k8 ?4 ^2 v1 Y9 W1 Jpolicies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

3 I2 U) s6 b/ ^, RDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
6 @; k$ L  \7 Z  i4 r5 F+ Nand are University affiliated.

* s0 C8 U7 Q" i2 v' J2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

/ r$ ?- F. z  H: O0 H* K3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
. u# j+ r1 c5 j8 ~) P: U& ~+ Vof garbage.

" a3 L8 G; q! q6 z9 Q7 e" Q" Y# O4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.
$ u; [% s; T, m# M, ~# d
% _% D6 l2 A' \# n6 r! j5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.
# n6 U/ U( H; }: W
7 H/ E. q) _, d9 H# M. e6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

5 r2 ^  }6 s7 K; C6 b2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
" c0 |: Z; f4 N! c% u3 L  Eof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Must be physically capable.
% R- Y$ C2 A% B# B- _% f2 D
5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general  
public.

Wage: $7.73/hour + gratuities

Shift: 6 - 12 hours per week, 7pm - 1am Fridays and Saturdays
