% T9 |* \* a" S, JJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
! T' h1 E; Z4 G% t6 w1 k5 i3 P(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
! e2 p9 I" d0 j- l( t" ]) zpolicies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
6 r. E# S! I$ u# t1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
& C1 n: y3 }# W& z: o0 uand are University affiliated.

2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

( ?4 s# I8 Q1 a4 d3 |4 n3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.

' R5 O# Y* o' `' l6 ]& F" z4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

/ o+ z! {- x: S: w5 B5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
9 ~' H2 e4 [% `) uarea when required.

* ]" f! R1 z9 E8 H% `6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
& ?6 I8 E. X) v  C) X/ |  \) RManager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

  w/ q- p, p1 q  G' p! {7 t1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

' f0 U9 u3 N% b! `* _# D' i8 P  Q2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Must be physically capable.

Shift: 6 - 12 hours per week, 7pm - 1am Fridays and Saturdays
