JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
( Q2 j8 d8 z- q! z(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
" s0 t4 T5 I5 I* A4 E" F) Ipolicies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.
% D5 d$ v2 T  m/ C6 d
) Q! u! f6 c* x( Z- zDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
5 t- {" ~0 Y1 V( I/ xand are University affiliated.

2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
4 S, O" c; {8 W; X, Tof garbage.
4 l6 E" Z5 d! A3 b( z) Q' A
4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
9 @1 a, T. }3 Z/ f! @consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

: N' i+ f0 h1 y! {# i6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

$ a- |% [  m# c( J# F1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
4 N: s% `' r1 b! T5 t- Sof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
/ M% d- ^0 t3 J$ V9 ?" Bcalmly under extremely stressful conditions.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general  
public.

Wage: $7.73/hour + gratuities

Shift: 6 - 12 hours per week, 7pm - 1am Fridays and Saturdays
