' U- R6 {& k. ^JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

& u2 H7 W/ }7 A6 h  }. ?DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
9 g5 O8 d; \$ p% `6 p) t  zand are University affiliated.
+ u. k( F: I9 }7 u: n7 x
2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.
) I6 I7 X' l& A/ H$ D
( ]5 n' |4 u, \7 G. [# S8 E. R3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
% p5 }& n( ~! z8 Uof garbage.
+ M& m- d3 d; n* ?( b
4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

! R7 y- i6 X* {5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
/ A* x4 w: v, B, I
4) Must be physically capable.

, u$ Z0 O# p& M5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general  
% J1 w0 Y( ]8 [public.
