JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
' R0 c7 U& `# n* e$ L$ _policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.

) H' P0 |/ L7 ?. N2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.
' j2 e2 H( j& j0 A  G9 t* v5 q
8 Q% \) g1 ?  L3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
$ i8 N% i: ]0 n8 P' @of garbage.

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
3 O  W( g2 q' k7 Fconsumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

6 I* D/ |' j$ ~5 y9 g$ V* ]  T5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service

2 A( A5 g5 j2 P2 s  i0 [, I1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

9 W9 @  u6 T$ {) a: T6 f; z2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
+ n- L% T" R( W  a; a: Jof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
7 k  ]! }& S2 j9 Q# o" kcalmly under extremely stressful conditions.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

& ?1 N! x4 t  A2 B6 Z' F/ @4) Must be physically capable.

public.
