0 M  n: t% ~6 J6 q0 ^9 e; lJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
! s. Y  v: j3 Q+ @+ K(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

' u4 L, @* G- V# ~- MDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
. J, m1 N' a/ w" g2 Oand are University affiliated.

1 k/ P) w: t" v2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.
, l( j+ I. a' X6 j7 f0 _
6 m$ u, \' b& H- I( O; {; i1 R7 p3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
$ s  w. x/ a' a6 S$ y0 Yof garbage.

) D6 z) c/ ~# d1 M' ~4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

$ _+ j* a" P; {3 C5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
$ i: }7 X+ a" {$ N0 j3 Sarea when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
  I' b$ U, g- c5 W, n
2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

: g( ~. I7 |) I+ J; {2 a4) Must be physically capable.

5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general

Wage: $7.73/hour + gratuities

Shift: 6 - 12 hours per week, 7pm - 1am Fridays and Saturdays
