- e* _' Q( x, C1 t* yJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
  o8 D, b" p; s# y6 Tpolicies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.
! h; m8 h4 Q6 y
# e4 M" K2 p1 t+ p6 ?, o2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.
) }/ _8 z% L  t
4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

; m; M# d1 z- Y6 f" J5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
- Y, g! e/ M1 s8 h4 \. Aarea when required.

) j! u! J# ^' g6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
$ p" q2 Z9 Q  x2 V5 u& I, uManager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
9 U5 ~# Y4 \0 ?0 C: aof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

  J, i7 d' {- N# [5 @; W) Y# j3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

2 ~) j* o+ x3 M( q) I( E4) Must be physically capable.

5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general
