DOORPERSON (RATT)

2 \+ o8 y+ I: w6 m8 PJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
/ l/ d( z8 E& R8 L% a, s3 j  ^(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
' H3 f6 u5 m4 d+ v" |" M7 }policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
: C! e3 ]8 v9 i  wand are University affiliated.

2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.
0 r1 p/ q8 G; @5 T8 w8 B
3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.

# I( }( F; Q8 w% Q/ L! W2 V4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
9 w0 l6 [, C8 l7 P1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
$ j. _0 `2 i% jof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
( |1 O( S4 {! L' g+ z$ Ccalmly under extremely stressful conditions.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Must be physically capable.

5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general
