( w' M9 v' N' B( c1 VJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
  m6 g* ]! E9 v' C% w; A(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

9 ?/ S4 H# j" Z+ MDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.

' ]' _0 o' X7 q: q, L( B2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.
+ g# H+ C" z/ r2 I( c: `
3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
9 n0 U- a! @/ C2 I; ?6 `& X- Dof garbage.

" \& h% U1 G0 g& E) f4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
, n9 T' `: b3 Cconsumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

% s/ A$ ^* C; `, ^/ C8 l5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
) z# S" Q3 Q* karea when required.

; p# ~: Z% ~2 w8 G6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
9 t, G6 X) l" h" h# G% QManager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
2 ^' [- Q8 F' e3 N$ P# \1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
) X  E8 A( b" D- m- A- ^3 Z9 a
3 ~  G* b/ r  B& Q4 Q2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
0 N: ~4 M/ x3 i7 N' C  ?' yof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

) B- i6 M( [- c) G0 G, P3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Must be physically capable.

5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general  
public.
