JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
8 b6 m  f9 l% u' ]% x(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
1 L1 a* ?8 v! f* W( Fpolicies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
! z  B& j! C" _. G/ g1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
  q+ \. V2 [2 h+ \* [8 @and are University affiliated.

1 `- o4 w) F. P: c+ p9 t2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.
# F8 h' I4 v9 G- f/ T' Y
7 K$ }+ H. j- `3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
) X/ J" l1 y/ _5 T" ?( c2 w5 L* tof garbage.

) a" f, c8 o' f: p+ @, F3 M2 R5 L9 r4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
  o  W, @8 A4 B% \consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
. t9 \6 t( q+ R+ I# XManager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
9 V9 W1 f5 A) r& f5 A, Y! `2 H6 scalmly under extremely stressful conditions.

7 Y0 U0 p5 z& e/ k/ f6 I* \$ d) Q3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
& K" u+ ^3 c' ~9 v* B0 g5 s5 B
7 }5 r% [) E# [6 g* h" w) h* F4) Must be physically capable.

& D* R* ]+ j* z8 |- I: l5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general

Wage: $7.73/hour + gratuities

Shift: 6 - 12 hours per week, 7pm - 1am Fridays and Saturdays
