JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
6 c/ b  S8 ^3 L6 D8 w1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
* e( J+ j& U) x. p" `and are University affiliated.
; A1 p9 }! E+ J6 G' L# Z4 @4 N& Z
  q- m& o! U  Y# A7 Q2 f$ G) x  u2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

- X1 V' @  A  ?* G7 Z6 r$ L3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
9 T+ j6 Y# S6 c+ K# a$ Tof garbage.

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
  c6 H( `& D' l$ earea when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
) ^( H! `  {5 S6 R. x5 YManager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
1 J( l$ s  V. ~* ]2 t) N# |: E1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
' D7 b( L5 o; K
" \8 T3 Z, v% E2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
* y, P- q( h* ~. j/ Eof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

: N) w$ n* A, W3 N1 q" \3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Must be physically capable.

Wage: $7.73/hour + gratuities

Shift: 6 - 12 hours per week, 7pm - 1am Fridays and Saturdays
