9 F7 |2 d: {; B, H' JJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
7 ], o% o" E8 P(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
6 s! a& x2 b( f0 ?- s% w8 Ipolicies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

) z+ V+ i* C; VDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
' h; }1 n8 a0 E0 J. u6 _1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
% T' d3 R8 F0 X* land are University affiliated.

2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

4 p  w, D0 @8 B/ j3 ?4 V3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
2 K( Z% x. `1 D) I% }+ z- wof garbage.
& ^* ]* Y# F# Q0 m2 ~9 r  d
; _9 |0 X2 d1 n4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
5 Z, O# i1 W, s( `+ v4 |2 q2 v! Q" Mconsumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

& c# t$ Z8 Y$ b7 U" F& U6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
5 J; |3 w) j' A2 Z2 Z1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
7 o, S. I, i% q( J# b; c
0 Y: e" O# t1 ?" [& u: `& V: _+ R2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
! j& v* Y8 G  y. c3 V( f1 ]calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
' K& u; U; }+ C" E# M
- Q# @: n0 V& O9 D  `4) Must be physically capable.

. s% l5 d$ e3 K& A5 C5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general  
public.
