2 y8 i; ?* k7 B2 BJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
2 N3 w/ }; K) I(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
2 w6 J) z0 z% z* R9 q" Bpolicies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
" g1 k: ]8 E# S* n! \1 h  z" {/ m" A1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.

2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

. n2 K; R: v4 h  x3 e$ j. N" R3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
5 g! w" r- M7 A: T+ |3 s2 L' pconsumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

+ |' @4 B  Q& ~5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
0 r. B( a" C% _' ~4 Marea when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

) q! L( M0 H* c. R1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
+ N. a- }0 F. X- P! a9 O$ S* O" B
# k5 }9 |' q5 p8 b! v2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
4 T- ~- c* P+ q- Z1 Rcalmly under extremely stressful conditions.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Must be physically capable.
