' B9 z% y6 u9 t6 v& eJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
& ^+ ~0 y  t( [5 p(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

0 t( d# x0 I3 r( z6 mDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
' Y% @- w+ y1 J/ L: R1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
% t. I* S- X# j* Wand are University affiliated.
0 }- d0 D3 J" y. S! m, g
6 S. B6 T! Y& {; G$ L  z2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
8 j( W+ e' S0 f- C3 |; I5 Bof garbage.

; p% ]& X1 a% Y. j3 E3 \4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

" j4 E$ U* @3 e% j3 U" v2 h5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
# o& H( w8 }" U; V! Tarea when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
7 |% F- C1 ?" _. r8 T3 z+ kof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

6 ^0 O$ }3 o* V# ^7 _! b9 f4) Must be physically capable.

5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general  
public.

Wage: $7.73/hour + gratuities

+ @8 {& P8 G7 @. `. K- MShift: 6 - 12 hours per week, 7pm - 1am Fridays and Saturdays
