DOORPERSON (RATT)

. f8 i6 j3 h. ?. {! x8 c! nJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
& M1 n2 @  j7 x  ]3 ~(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
$ g. I5 U, ]3 Vpolicies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
  Q" M  Q9 g: nand are University affiliated.

  V- K) \4 B. A$ U- _' l5 w6 c2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

8 v) D' E) c5 z4 Q3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.

, k; m* P9 _5 }% ^- a' F; X4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

& W3 z4 W" p8 x- D5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
3 E" y* K! q( F+ o: j2 y5 A( L0 larea when required.

! s- }3 J0 I8 s6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
5 X8 y7 ?- V: I+ R9 Q4 eManager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

; X) B: ?6 H- B+ p+ D$ P2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
% w6 t7 @/ l5 D& w; D  Q& P$ A3 ^of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

3 O" u. ~% e: u  Q3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Must be physically capable.

5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general
