* ]$ y6 N4 I2 g% d+ ZJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
+ X8 f  y. i1 O! i0 |( f- o- B# [policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.
& c7 h) G0 \( W3 `& M
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.

2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.
6 ~8 [2 T) K  F$ g" e- j  D
3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
% s% y# E3 B0 g) Uof garbage.

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
& ~& h+ G. H5 r0 tconsumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

* t0 ?" j; l) W- f& h  r6 g5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
. R% d& A0 t6 p! z  OManager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

) \8 w" k" f2 d" R; q* u" O4 E2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
2 n; |2 N) E# i) I5 Uof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

' T& X3 b* U- I2 F3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
, N; K0 K, A: _# T. m3 e
; h9 e4 s9 x4 H/ n! P/ N) k4) Must be physically capable.

- u7 f, K* b' C5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general  
public.

Wage: $7.73/hour + gratuities
