2 r+ ^" S" O2 GJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  l1 g, b& c4 q) v5 g0 c3 c  X1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.

7 I7 F' e  ^* o: Q" L2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.
! Z. o) w; o* u9 X  W
3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
* _. x. e. a: |8 ~  J/ ?of garbage.

9 C" B$ _# f8 P/ z( v6 ?0 t4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

8 K6 Y7 [5 t- C( H+ @* V7 U5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
1 w4 }' d1 R1 T8 ], yarea when required.

Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
& F) w: r* f* V% Z* ^! n+ d5 L1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

5 @7 _9 D2 R! _0 o4 [2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
$ B/ _8 K  T: ecalmly under extremely stressful conditions.

6 h4 o1 S2 R2 Z; f- w3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Must be physically capable.
