DOORPERSON (RATT)

JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
+ f, w! w- c# E, |/ T! k(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

# l. u" W+ C! o* |DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.
' ]$ j# M  M* F  ^( \0 l" i3 |
2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.
6 L' o6 W6 Y, S% j6 w: o. ^
3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
4 A2 I4 g7 o) N8 m$ cconsumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.
% T' {1 V) m& r' J' Q; n
' S2 a% G* J+ ?1 Y5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

0 i7 [: ^/ u+ e9 r; R5 v/ Z8 Q6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
: ]' f% {; n9 ^Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
