DOORPERSON (RATT)

JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
" @2 W' ]$ p+ @1 t(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
5 h  a. C+ ]* j$ d* Oand are University affiliated.

2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

' d5 b, r: J: ~; m( e- X3 V% L3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations

( K  Y8 h+ w9 f4 N" i% x1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

( C# D% A, C& L/ ]& f, v, u+ P2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
% @  p3 j3 `& c! T; g4 Bcalmly under extremely stressful conditions.

2 X) ?! a! P. v. L, e- b3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Must be physically capable.

public.
