' }) R3 F3 _2 k5 U0 f/ sJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
# p1 g7 E: m' q(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
; ?) y5 ?  r6 p8 S4 u# o4 Wpolicies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

" A1 _6 z/ P" |/ T0 U/ D, |DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.

* {  d: `& V, ]  ]" o; c2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

( R" Z, Y2 M/ ~! d# K# Y) s0 v3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.
- a- M: V5 T* S' {( U# j, j
4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
# i  I3 `' }5 V; t/ D. marea when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
9 s8 P  J/ Q0 F$ \Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
+ ^- T7 p6 p& h, _9 Z
2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
. T/ }( D( }$ N4 G5 ]  }  zof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
! @7 O, ?$ w  ~  X  Scalmly under extremely stressful conditions.

. W% H( D! N& M' o, u) P, M3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Must be physically capable.
