, Q7 t1 M) \1 A- v9 aJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
: ~( t- A( t. D. k- P2 E5 [policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

& ~. }# Z! O7 y0 T9 d( @DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
7 A2 ]) `+ n& p4 |and are University affiliated.

" r# r# U1 D) M2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

/ i0 y$ W7 O1 G( c2 {5 \8 [/ f* I3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.
$ E+ r* P& \" Y* H" Y; u) R
6 `4 D1 a4 H- U+ y" f" z0 D8 P5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
6 _4 x7 _( k2 W$ q  M$ M  H9 Garea when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

( c5 N+ ~5 w# y+ Qof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work

6 W- \0 w. n# W2 k8 g8 ^3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Must be physically capable.

% x, n) l" y; k+ h6 j5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general  
public.
