JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

) d* @; `6 m3 R# `5 p9 ~3 ODUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
3 x( b: Q- X. w% |2 @# T9 x: y1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
- [& y& E4 I' R  s# L, Vand are University affiliated.
# I8 b( j8 z% ~2 M- D. C2 a* e. E
' c" G2 {, x6 X% S/ D2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.
  k: A4 }1 T3 a9 e  U- u+ m2 r
- ?3 q* ~8 k  Q; t  V- i3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.

3 O+ W: P+ B2 p; p" [6 z& D4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.
+ ^+ t8 I8 G$ U+ z5 ^+ R
0 P' |6 i  U( q5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

! A7 K1 o# A2 K& j8 t+ b2 W6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
! ?3 c  C- }" \0 a9 eManager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
8 K4 I3 A% B2 Z. H4 o: S: [/ R7 ?1 X1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

- Z  v# E+ b& S/ H" [. P2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
( D+ ^+ y- q9 r* q, c& Q9 Y/ u, Vof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
5 [5 d. z- ?# G1 U9 x- Fcalmly under extremely stressful conditions.

; `1 p8 t) m/ x* F, b4 e3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

# k# ~1 O5 t' _5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general
