7 w( }* z" v  pJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

* P- M* ~5 a- KDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
$ r5 s! B2 Z; \1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.
* {7 y1 S) T, i8 P; F$ d& m
2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.
5 c7 [6 M' B/ P: o
3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.

" s; c; [. B0 V( n7 y; J4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
/ h( y9 C4 k/ H4 p8 }* h2 I/ Pconsumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.
; ?8 F; @8 U' x4 @+ F8 W% U/ L
5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
. m! n$ E2 ]# k4 E/ GManager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
: f' ?( B! ]% G/ V4 @; `1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

' h& h! A3 n& p5 ~, O. H2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
8 y7 ]& S* W8 t5 ycalmly under extremely stressful conditions.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Must be physically capable.
