9 s2 I) n. W* Y# X" F; _JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
! M9 X6 S( O3 ?+ n. f, V' m% ppolicies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
5 k* ^  [  ?5 z1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
0 ]5 _, W' h4 E8 W3 Pand are University affiliated.
3 r1 [& \' c1 Q) B) ^; s' {
2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

  }+ Y1 H0 o, o/ _8 X3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

9 }& C& \( a% }: G; |  Q$ I9 k, n/ S5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
5 D- {3 D4 {" R, D* pManager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

! P8 p7 i4 M* z" u. aQUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
9 J3 }; N$ Y$ Q" X7 j& @% F4 nof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

& h7 B0 x7 Z; [+ m; X0 d3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Must be physically capable.

5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general  
/ C! N4 M8 q2 |8 K4 h% D/ Kpublic.
