$ o3 S- r" h# f  r) MJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
$ d- N7 ]2 L/ }9 T( ^/ S" qpolicies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

2 F. W% I8 N- B- x* W4 ]DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.

2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

& O% V& ], Q3 ]7 j) t% ?3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
+ }5 z6 q2 }: U7 u! j* ^6 kof garbage.

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
, v$ u. a% \% L0 D8 Q3 K$ Lconsumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
7 I% N. L2 _+ N; N& Q  z8 E# p. Aarea when required.

5 h7 g$ A- z* [8 R+ ]) \6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

4 F; i- H! R9 ~" P+ F" a" a0 z7 C: z; Q3 h1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
5 K! y2 ^; [% [6 r# Jof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

9 |2 N6 k9 I, B3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

% E5 L, n# s5 L! G! L+ G4) Must be physically capable.

5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general  
public.
