! ~4 ?; t9 g  M2 x) e. k4 V5 hJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
, s* `% v1 H: r* V1 E(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

" k$ {9 {+ B5 y/ Q% v2 u$ r% @3 cDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
! n) @" w6 M, W; o1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.

7 N7 ~$ F/ X: E9 B2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

: U  f! [" D; U' M. k! t7 d3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
) C5 J! R$ r0 h' D2 xof garbage.

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
5 U3 e/ V- `2 w2 {. ^; H* G/ Nconsumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
' e! y# G( `! L& Z8 C! D- ^3 harea when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
8 F4 f% K# v2 B  Z2 JManager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
, Y  v6 }2 A8 Y3 Y; P4 Z) |! b& B
2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

8 l' z8 `, o# B, j5 j3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Must be physically capable.

5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general  
public.

Shift: 6 - 12 hours per week, 7pm - 1am Fridays and Saturdays
