9 @$ N7 y, b' n. sJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
! U% F) k$ H( M# l" S$ ppolicies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.

$ q! b6 H$ l) k' `0 a  _2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
  D# L, ~) y, Y9 ?4 S5 Q6 m4 Eof garbage.

5 r& \# o! Q: a  l  h( k% O4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
* h& d9 d$ U2 |. Y' m1 ]- Zconsumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

# S/ q( M0 R$ O  a7 QManager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
' |* f, [' Y; T- j1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
; l3 p& ^  q7 J4 P4 j1 H6 A! tof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

7 `: P4 k3 W2 x0 }% T" J8 f3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

* d6 v8 O# F- S. w* Z4) Must be physically capable.

5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general
