# F- T! K* I; u0 BJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
/ C% M1 d  s2 a6 v# D  n; A5 epolicies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

$ @0 ~; T" a' N* W& Q7 UDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
% Q- t+ X5 G* @, ], {" P1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
* `+ v1 S3 N3 E8 e: n# Gand are University affiliated.
+ H# R9 o. J9 w+ U) o5 c
" c5 n" v2 f' {4 ~& _: G2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.
! P; ^, v$ \0 y1 q; c7 x; L1 b5 q
  m* Q  d  v. Y% J  N. k, }3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
/ ~3 c3 G7 w) Z  ]+ i2 Vof garbage.

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

" o  o9 D! k9 o. S, ]( A6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

. t/ y5 H, K& I: \& l9 r1 W+ s2 Y; x1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
& x4 F) t% _  E9 W$ Pof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

) v2 S. A: W+ {7 c1 f+ }2 ?0 k3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

) ]9 S$ v. U  q0 ]. k# D0 [+ D5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general  
public.

Shift: 6 - 12 hours per week, 7pm - 1am Fridays and Saturdays
