DOORPERSON (RATT)

JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

+ p* h& D, R+ D7 d/ M% NDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
% w$ Q/ _- w- Q7 S" Cand are University affiliated.

4 l( G3 O9 j5 D4 z2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

# \5 i, Z( L/ Y6 D( v3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.
; [$ \0 L1 w4 O6 t( w1 w
$ d1 G0 J2 k8 x1 x; c" ?4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

: s% @" T2 p! S  v5 H5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service

Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

3 P4 i; L) B9 d. l1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

) j4 [& x' y& e7 S2 Mof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

! h+ k* {( o& d3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Must be physically capable.

public.
