JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
* f) N7 L1 y4 L# n* jpolicies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

+ f( N/ U4 E) i, k. xDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.

2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

9 x# E: Q. K% C( s; P1 {# K) }6 e3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
2 U. C6 s' p+ H- _of garbage.

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
0 E8 G* A# S$ k+ A5 J. m( zconsumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

' h# ]% w1 t) E5 K% ^5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
6 W  V5 z* Y$ R  I) Q- l1 WManager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

6 c( D: U6 u, I; ^+ N- `9 WQUALIFICATIONS;
' Z8 B* g" G( [' ]- u7 r' o9 ~" f1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
% f$ ^8 ~0 d& Y- ~* F
2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

( I/ S6 i; P$ r1 u7 K+ @3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

' A# Y- ?: X4 Q9 g* X( h4) Must be physically capable.

5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general
