$ C5 I6 y% p( Y% jJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
" M- m0 m& q! q" D' L0 F(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

7 a; E. X) @5 ~DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
/ p) ^$ @5 o- y/ Y: {1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.

/ @( h( H$ w: }& j2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.
$ u" n: Z8 a1 u; [9 J9 T
3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.

" y! i' V# f4 A1 S4 w5 t# \' A4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
% ]7 h# p) u9 H' A1 `consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

; T1 x& l; d! t7 k, C5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
2 [+ V: E, L7 b* ?area when required.

9 Q+ I9 w- H% Z$ b% ^$ g6 ]3 j& ]0 k6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
* k# F0 A; {$ G# [" S/ XManager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
! O! J/ z& w' \( a, q% d( u1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
: l. d- b+ u( d+ B/ z# p" @
2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
5 Z! T/ E; J' Vof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
+ d8 ^$ e6 R# B* q2 Q. `
. p0 h7 q6 K  Q5 J4) Must be physically capable.

* B4 o1 Y( u- g8 l- m/ u5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general
