* h. j! w4 A7 U! a5 D- k/ d9 CJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

/ t8 u8 U6 n9 p5 J4 t7 t/ ]6 GDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.

2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

3 ]# V, I2 X# e6 C: y# |3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

4 h9 z7 L& L* V' V+ p4 m2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
, V9 m; v, v# @8 U9 }; wof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
1 V& Z0 N$ n+ j) ?. N% ycalmly under extremely stressful conditions.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

; o9 h% x0 G2 S% c4) Must be physically capable.

5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general  
public.
