JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
& d- b" ?+ ~# k$ T(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
: g7 t4 \+ e& B3 M7 w: s5 Apolicies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

1 i7 f2 C) n. K* J: uDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
# Y3 `1 |- f4 x; _5 o4 k- r1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.

% p; s2 Y# P2 F: f1 j$ f2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.
# U, Q* d% L& }- H7 \6 n2 x8 ~
3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
" T- {" ]3 j5 t" x! N/ l. Tconsumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
/ s  J5 z, S7 M. B; Parea when required.

QUALIFICATIONS;
9 [# a+ }) F- U8 a% y, m1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

- w/ y0 c9 c1 g1 D: G2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
9 B# w' C5 V4 D$ B* }* Y; S, m" wof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

: I' y  f' d$ {0 l5 ^4) Must be physically capable.

public.
