DOORPERSON (RATT)

JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
  ~& T# k& b  \6 @* O2 v(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

/ L8 M# e9 Q- q/ ]DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
! C4 b" U8 r0 j4 Q! g/ rand are University affiliated.
8 q6 T5 D' e: z) t6 W. d( C0 M
3 y0 j. [* m  n8 `2 z2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

8 I. ~6 P2 @" @) t3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
7 I( v( Z  p5 _of garbage.

9 {0 n  s. i; v: W4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

% V$ u' }9 [  }: p$ d' g9 u6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

' S1 J  C4 `" ~5 y" \2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
! G. x1 ]( W4 y& g: ?. Ncalmly under extremely stressful conditions.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Must be physically capable.

public.

Wage: $7.73/hour + gratuities
