JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
$ W- |* F( |) D* z8 Q) L- u(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
! f$ g3 s# l$ ~: Fpolicies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.
) w! _0 q7 ?8 U9 V  Z5 s
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
- K8 m& _  \4 L1 P* Z) Band are University affiliated.

- i& x- N1 @& C0 p! C2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
2 f  o2 x9 p( }9 |! H% Dconsumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

2 V" X. b/ G( Y. k% o, I" w! g, n6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
! y" p! z0 `5 Q7 \% A0 B5 FManager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

) G- V$ N2 I, X% F/ L: L+ UQUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
" F3 H, Q0 B9 Y9 e* t1 z2 Z1 V9 b
2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
7 M% u6 s  v$ bof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
/ X1 e# Z: s6 l9 }* j  b! Pcalmly under extremely stressful conditions.

  a9 ^1 u" T( K+ ~5 q- `3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

Shift: 6 - 12 hours per week, 7pm - 1am Fridays and Saturdays
