7 f, @  S3 d2 q0 h1 _JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
: U' g& t3 Y; v& w9 S" l& J(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

! p! q* V. j4 q' O( |. TDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
' U; L* a6 d: o  o1 Vand are University affiliated.
! }$ w4 X- T$ K; s2 j5 O
2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.
! i" v# t' t* [4 E4 Q  t& V7 e
3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
  L9 G' Y2 V, b8 d; A7 _of garbage.
$ p% V# k; |, f  }- [6 e, E
5 O5 ]3 V2 R% Y& T* ?+ k7 L4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
/ S) ~- N* k( d' pconsumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

* D5 X7 [( R+ ?  W5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
8 b4 y1 J9 L1 W5 marea when required.

. n1 [- I* O. X2 ^! f" i6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
2 {; f9 Y% M# d! Y1 `Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
: u" \" p# k& Z: ?: L1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
/ {3 y: R1 P( v. M2 e* Y) I$ r$ s
2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

. A* I! h! d' W& k1 X) ?# K" I4) Must be physically capable.

: G! X) M* e& Z9 u  s5 V5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general  
public.
