  y' r6 g' T8 bJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
4 W7 \1 o% S- I5 Z7 O' f(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.

2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

  V2 h2 e- ^; L; ~9 v3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

6 J3 _6 U! W/ D% J  h- z2 M, G8 [6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
; H  r& Z, m/ `" t  S" A
+ v# L- v4 s. S2 Y2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
  s/ e6 x! X! u3 O- Z+ g. z9 ucalmly under extremely stressful conditions.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

) E' n3 R9 `$ I0 v. V, d4) Must be physically capable.

3 O( _: v: b- s* A- {5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general

Wage: $7.73/hour + gratuities
