1 @2 v& E/ Z3 S: q4 zJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
0 j/ A- S4 h7 h- a. m7 F(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

( y$ G9 [/ ~' ^DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
7 Q& M. ^6 b3 a5 s- o* u0 Sand are University affiliated.

" V4 B/ ^8 U/ t% @# h2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
" M1 c& W& H0 [; m0 a: mof garbage.

6 J$ @2 \% L6 G4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

, n( F, u& x5 p' P5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
  D/ k; T6 a" o6 rManager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

& @2 \' O  m8 v+ K2 IQUALIFICATIONS;
( U) f2 ~' I) k" v( J5 p9 w8 {* s0 j8 B( z1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
+ Z% E0 L3 r* F: d4 Bcalmly under extremely stressful conditions.

6 D# W1 \  X' X3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Must be physically capable.

8 o7 z% r) Z6 l! X" n' d4 Q5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general  
public.
