DOORPERSON (RATT)

9 M4 g$ S7 }9 g8 aJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.
) E7 ?4 M+ l* x4 R- N2 f! J- q
2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

/ K: O( u" O; v; Y" f3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
0 Q' b8 o  @$ {& U  n1 l. T+ k  hof garbage.

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

; i8 Q- G' L2 o8 n% S6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
# W! z; {: O. [! L. _; g9 Lof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
9 Y/ C& g/ T9 v! qcalmly under extremely stressful conditions.

# J& x: `$ j3 _; I( i3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

public.
