: _: }% i- t5 g! oJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

* V- G+ |, ^, y# ^# LDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
& b0 T( e) b, W, N9 @. k$ O! }1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
  d& c% q: ?4 q4 Jand are University affiliated.
! K1 q# G2 E1 Z" i
2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.
2 E% z  D$ Z' q1 x- c( G! i( p
; U" _; [8 `! _! I3 J9 t# f: ^3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
. ?, w( ^* f% X3 g' g8 p1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
4 c: [' @% `6 G, X/ wof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.
; s) P  P- U! y: o2 r8 w2 y
: I1 \) w* R8 k0 H  _3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Must be physically capable.

% X0 [$ ?# t9 p9 n! `' ]/ h  W7 mpublic.
