: m  v" f* j5 B! G7 E  CJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
! H; D4 U7 ^/ g/ S* I8 L(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
  d1 |6 h8 @' epolicies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1 ]5 e8 B; S: ^  I- t! ~9 s1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.

6 K: _/ ?5 H; M( E- U2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
( D; X! B' Y: m9 L) }of garbage.

. X6 f; j1 }- m. G% R9 e! o7 H' h4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
+ W0 Z' _# c0 y7 t' K/ Aconsumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
& _8 E' V! j& d4 Marea when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
9 b2 l8 Z4 R$ b" r- _& ~5 uManager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

$ V0 t, l, b6 G5 |7 G# LQUALIFICATIONS;
0 B  b/ F2 ~2 l$ l2 u- k4 _0 K% E1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

  ^/ [5 L5 \3 j% v% X% u2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
. z$ {7 Q% d$ V1 d7 |& N6 {calmly under extremely stressful conditions.
2 a9 o: \' b( c. X1 D9 T9 r/ H
& v' `; I( w- y+ R% l4 M3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Must be physically capable.

public.
