2 [7 g/ O# h6 J9 C% r5 o  e9 \$ `JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
5 x( T# z4 t6 @6 @* q(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
4 _: w5 a( Q& m7 S) F1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
( k7 E( c. r4 r2 P* Sand are University affiliated.

# W( w0 B- ~/ ?$ i8 e2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.
* x1 e4 s' L% F9 t: x' `
$ t# M' @) R$ D$ o0 F8 T3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
& ^4 f+ C+ \3 F6 ~, qconsumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
# ]8 S- }+ z2 R7 \/ u+ M- Warea when required.

, p9 p9 F: v, h- p* }% U6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

: e0 Z' J2 x: Y) F# G' y8 NQUALIFICATIONS;
2 q" R6 s2 T; h! q# l1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
( F' F; t( g8 ^, T8 R5 @, a7 f' O) p
9 }9 q& T) l# j  y7 D2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
9 ]0 u5 a& R4 c* R2 o+ z' J, Scalmly under extremely stressful conditions.

! a4 i6 u) }" A4 |6 e3 j3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
