! }) \3 Y( @1 hJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
/ K; S4 C$ x- G2 F4 kpolicies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

( T# o3 K; T- gDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* w/ ]+ S2 b" f1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
7 q- {5 u+ q, e' N3 k1 @& u, h" X* mand are University affiliated.
* \* v$ e7 X. r- x! O! U! t4 V
2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

) U8 M2 n& v7 S+ P0 H, \3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
* d; A. E% |, B# i0 ~8 E% Wof garbage.

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
, W0 W; G6 n8 x$ p- c  C  X; uconsumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
4 x! ]+ N: q% D* G9 n8 R- R1 |) w1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

& Q0 H9 B/ p6 {4 ~8 X6 v2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
4 Z. o3 V+ C$ |' y( gof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

; P3 W# |  W1 C' b3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

" r# H7 L2 x8 g1 D4) Must be physically capable.
