  j5 G8 L( i: s$ Z1 W) c0 zJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
' i1 L/ @+ h9 w/ D2 N$ s! J(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
  a. F  w2 w3 O! g! r0 [6 Xpolicies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
. X) _& {  p4 u4 n1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
8 E, G  |8 [5 B5 V; ~and are University affiliated.

2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.
8 |' ^/ u* d5 {( q" s
& h' P# w* B/ j4 E# _* f3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
% e5 S! I" Q, L1 Qconsumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

/ C4 |; |; `1 [' \5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
, Y6 c3 n# [' x6 warea when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

$ G, |  q8 R# @  T& {. r2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

' d5 y3 B# [" s7 r/ h3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Must be physically capable.
