5 i- D. [' m; O9 K9 wJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
/ M/ b$ u: b8 A3 B! x" e8 }5 }3 npolicies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
, Z$ {1 S! T! C( O+ r' b1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
6 h; C# X/ H# g9 |2 Yand are University affiliated.

. [& ?2 V# h3 I( t2 d2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.
& b; _, u6 s2 A  q
# E2 x! ?) s' d+ b3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
! g* j5 M! i+ ?; J9 x* k* l5 ^of garbage.

1 `+ U/ Q1 _+ g% v6 L& F" b, B4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
: J6 m+ J9 h- x6 s5 A+ M- M: u! gconsumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

  }# b$ g) f# Y4 y( G. T$ U9 m5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

0 d) n7 e% a* p( s; ?$ Y* s9 A6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

, m8 y9 F6 ~8 p! I1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
2 o/ C! D( N# U  p* Tof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

$ H. m3 X: ~% E3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general  
public.
