JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
8 c( J/ {, s' p" g(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
0 D" w% t" }! i8 wpolicies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ ~% f, h1 i* m4 Q5 ~3 n" P( o1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.

2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

1 Q. o- D; L0 `, ~+ }3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
) ^3 M( h4 p' D- v, Dof garbage.
8 ~% d1 Z* O) V- d# R4 j
4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

0 ?' Y( ?+ ~7 k  w) h5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

/ ?4 s  ~" R0 c6 G5 _6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
' p7 z$ a4 K4 JManager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
8 q3 B2 E* k( ?* \5 Z5 h& u) B
2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
5 `' |+ N% e* n4 j/ v6 }calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

8 ~. K6 o- i1 ^3 U3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Must be physically capable.

5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general  
, |; X! P' \0 t8 M4 gpublic.

Wage: $7.73/hour + gratuities

Shift: 6 - 12 hours per week, 7pm - 1am Fridays and Saturdays
