JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
- i6 N$ ^# `' Q# Q7 O, _(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
5 g( e% A" ^! E6 ^& n1 |+ Apolicies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
# h" g3 p. U% ^: i& q6 i1 @and are University affiliated.

& M  I0 G; V' Z/ n2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

" B' b! r4 q8 q9 V& F7 U3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.

9 {5 [; @% O4 s9 f, H4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

9 T$ P! n8 R/ K$ Y' n# T5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
+ I3 v$ @$ ^1 Q+ i: K( R1 _area when required.

( |4 U2 k$ ^0 \4 N/ N5 @& d( t6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
- g& ~$ U% ~4 p; B5 s1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
% R# z9 }8 \) Wof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

- O  ]  ?+ z6 z" h, I3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general  
public.
