4 ~- c8 m, S/ Z: f) ?! X" q; N; sJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
1 A% P4 J0 _4 D# i  b2 p(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
5 H; N- m5 w' Z+ r- m. [+ H2 `policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

/ V) z4 [' {: z" GDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
9 x6 y! l' i9 p2 }2 [0 W1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
1 H) F' t6 p9 ?. Kand are University affiliated.

2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

% T2 }3 p- w' u& P( `$ j3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.

# R# Y7 k: R/ e2 I# v4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
& y1 }, A: B, q% H6 ~& [, Wconsumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

4 L. a* T9 R: D5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
3 V( h+ b8 Q4 S& ^area when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
; A6 J' `$ B3 Y& [  p! q1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Must be physically capable.

4 ^% r) V( U1 v5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general  
( k/ m1 y! `3 L7 H1 A4 ^  hpublic.

5 H& M& a  h5 bShift: 6 - 12 hours per week, 7pm - 1am Fridays and Saturdays
