7 i. o( n, x4 TJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
5 X6 ]7 |/ F4 p0 _; @4 @% f' M(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
# v2 o) v4 `/ Q5 B" E, ]! `% |# [policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

$ N* S, b: ~2 e5 M2 C" ~DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.

2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

3 r+ j& r- i- n9 {) b5 Y3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
- S; C" e+ f4 i: K! [- Tof garbage.

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
! \/ L; t+ K" a2 xconsumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

" I% t9 e) p4 m7 t7 j  \4 Y5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service

Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
' O" V7 Q4 i/ p
1 O) T  G% k% x4 z' f2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Must be physically capable.

. H* k6 G% _3 b" S# h5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general  
public.

Shift: 6 - 12 hours per week, 7pm - 1am Fridays and Saturdays
