% Z" V. A1 L- w5 n# AJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
; `  V  a3 L+ B: p  q1 k- _policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.

% u4 e# A3 q/ S* S8 h0 o; W) _" l2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

: D# }! N: [& |' x3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
0 h; s" i6 q3 r) Qof garbage.

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
- R7 S' Z  r6 t# m2 \' uconsumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service

; z: F6 o- \$ S) _0 O& Z& ~0 C6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

$ H# r+ A0 H; l9 [/ Y6 m2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
! b: n% |, L/ N5 D. Kof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4 h: b' [+ w: _7 C) M& \, v6 t4) Must be physically capable.

5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general  
public.

Wage: $7.73/hour + gratuities

Shift: 6 - 12 hours per week, 7pm - 1am Fridays and Saturdays
