DOORPERSON (RATT)

JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
1 M+ `. H- X: `  R* ?(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
4 d( h) A0 ^1 u: L5 g+ ?policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* C8 {* _: K/ \) T8 b9 B8 C2 ]1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.
  y" v! `# M' r4 m* g' Z7 c3 m
2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

+ U9 m& ~1 I4 J5 l3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service

0 I* c/ \8 H, c5 V2 T: m6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

! ~' n, b0 a7 IQUALIFICATIONS;
. |+ w) y& j; A/ k# H/ X5 W1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

4 N9 {  Z  P- A/ `9 c* o' R3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Must be physically capable.

public.

Shift: 6 - 12 hours per week, 7pm - 1am Fridays and Saturdays
