$ V* }& F$ q+ n& x5 HJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
. |. h' q$ }# q9 Q$ t6 W" X(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
9 M5 a+ g; [) t  }policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.

2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

) \. J! L5 L) A8 Y5 H$ S3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
/ l" P# v5 P0 x* aof garbage.

% C; `5 J0 J& O; k6 Q' a( F$ M4 a4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

9 B. H9 `6 @8 k/ V8 cQUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
) W# L+ c. C. c+ I& qof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
) ^3 V; P7 r& A5 tcalmly under extremely stressful conditions.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Must be physically capable.

public.
