- O' g- B0 C5 j- o5 E2 v1 ]8 [JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
8 s( M, Z3 m8 a, {1 K- k(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

5 [  Z! P5 T& z( T; \% lDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
% b2 W( a+ ?! T, h( @1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
, Z6 g* c" b6 d6 b' ]and are University affiliated.

2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

2 C* D! ~. z, ^3 L3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
  v* s6 [1 V  L! `/ E: X/ f  R; s# Vof garbage.

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
; [3 P, g7 [  f$ ?3 W+ W+ Y0 _area when required.

8 o9 o8 n1 s; D/ d( S5 d2 ?6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

- i) }( A( r6 U( H$ SQUALIFICATIONS;
$ L/ s3 W) y, t. l1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
# ]1 T* h2 R; t/ [
2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
& P& ^; l* F% L% F: i. B, Z/ c, Cof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
3 o5 Y1 ?, ^5 N: L0 icalmly under extremely stressful conditions.

$ {1 n) `6 f4 i2 _; y3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

& s+ o" g  D1 L2 y( n$ x4) Must be physically capable.
% K1 J( Y6 H; u# g/ @
5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general  
public.

Wage: $7.73/hour + gratuities

Shift: 6 - 12 hours per week, 7pm - 1am Fridays and Saturdays
