4 _8 J" }( s2 n4 p# q2 K& qJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
2 R; I3 E1 h8 g5 K% p5 f" Ppolicies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
1 [$ s. c3 M  A% _6 Oand are University affiliated.
3 R* c- V; B2 E( M7 [8 _+ D
2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

8 d7 C$ k  x9 K; `3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
" m1 j) J1 Q. u- r, eof garbage.

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

9 {5 }* x* |2 g& T5 Y" A5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service

Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
+ K' B! I0 m; T& h1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

& e7 z  n  \7 y/ J2 X- l2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.
4 \! Q$ R& F/ b# O# o$ b& t
3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
% F& i6 X5 W: ~# @  P6 Z
4) Must be physically capable.

5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general  
1 Q$ Z% _0 X9 p+ ~5 cpublic.

Wage: $7.73/hour + gratuities
