JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
1 O( H& _; h1 |' E* _& ]* c" R(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
# [% y. Q* i% ~policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

  W# E0 c8 J. tDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
' q3 W: q6 T# `0 l# A- j+ Z1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
8 g! P( x& i+ _7 ^and are University affiliated.

2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
2 y! J: ~0 n8 v& R  k' U5 T: sof garbage.
; w2 F6 y; U# ~5 {1 o3 @- `
4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

+ m3 B+ s2 N# W; F- y; \5 Q. o9 L6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
, u/ B0 S0 ]7 |% `# q3 t$ KManager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

8 f% E. A) [- F# A6 Y* e1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

& k2 {$ m9 s# ?2 `- v) b4 `2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
7 M  E# N" S  pof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
1 F. i) ?! E4 C; Y  Lcalmly under extremely stressful conditions.

  B- Z( o: }. s6 C: V3 h$ u7 B3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Must be physically capable.

Wage: $7.73/hour + gratuities

- l0 q& p0 {- J9 vShift: 6 - 12 hours per week, 7pm - 1am Fridays and Saturdays
