JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
- s0 {- U5 H5 m3 Y1 t8 N(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
- D: u8 J; A9 |" d% Z7 @and are University affiliated.

2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
; `0 e) ?7 y3 D- H- Y' zof garbage.
5 @3 Z0 F) P! @, w
6 ~8 s- x- z: _- a' \4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
2 y! c) F9 u5 F' x/ aarea when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
: c. d0 i" k# Z8 P1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
3 q' q6 R( F* j! O, H4 Qof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

  A. K$ T( [) G5 g" k: `/ N3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

: Q9 {/ ~4 D% @$ T+ @! i# B' o4) Must be physically capable.

- D& ^5 T7 S3 S6 U$ v) d, ^$ T5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general  
public.

Wage: $7.73/hour + gratuities

Shift: 6 - 12 hours per week, 7pm - 1am Fridays and Saturdays
