' x" d  R0 [9 q  oJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
3 j- R+ F* K( o* q9 Z, }3 l+ `, Z(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
2 B5 Q" x1 O5 s0 k5 [: a) e5 y1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.

2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.
/ c8 V1 g) ]" `/ D& ]/ {. V
3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

# u4 Z7 J) Q# h2 l2 G! \5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

5 q+ `9 A# \" P. Z8 a7 N) OQUALIFICATIONS;
( o  F- J; D# j. i1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

% p( s8 |& P2 f* k  F; }2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
* x- F$ L8 b1 q* }& B: T; Vof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
