* C$ H  `7 e" F# l, YJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.

2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

2 M* f: ^& f! k3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.

+ `- }1 ~9 L: _' k/ }- X4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

5 u) [1 U9 |3 x3 V; ^! I6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

, i9 w9 q. _0 y0 H1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

, t+ M) _! C: X& K2 Q5 E2 }2 R1 ?( o( }2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
" Y$ v$ N* v; ?0 @; hof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
0 M2 ?: S$ M  K7 I/ @2 U0 ?1 gcalmly under extremely stressful conditions.

; J& |: V( {& p( q3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Must be physically capable.

public.
