5 l$ ^# z: n( hJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
# K0 d2 E, C+ W  Xpolicies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
( a$ i* T/ E& N/ t! e( T1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
; V. S7 w' B( n" @/ ?* Vand are University affiliated.

2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
4 m1 q. x& X3 h& N: A5 b7 r, G: bof garbage.

+ e  F% ^0 e$ M; x7 K4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

& L" _8 y5 q6 Q3 i( ~% S1 H5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
; K% d3 O: J4 T9 X# ?/ darea when required.

9 s9 `: S) _( v+ V6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
* V+ d) @: \, G/ V& ]* K3 Pof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
& ^) i. {) B% @8 R/ ]calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

8 K' Z# R% X- P6 c6 O3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

# }$ s+ K  n! I4) Must be physically capable.

5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general  
public.

Wage: $7.73/hour + gratuities

Shift: 6 - 12 hours per week, 7pm - 1am Fridays and Saturdays
