JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
- s2 i+ r& w- B; A; G3 k1 m(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

3 Q) S& N1 d  y$ m7 h/ JDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
" D* D8 M  T% [; Y1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
6 R  g& ]1 E; x) Sand are University affiliated.
; k7 d, `7 {5 {' m/ E
8 [$ O6 b4 B9 N0 V& X6 }2 h' C2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.
$ s' v7 s" ], k, b  j) r' b' j. z
8 q+ z( r9 T( n0 @+ q, O3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.
! g* @) D4 Q1 k/ ^' Y# |! `
4 C1 `* B# @) {7 l, S- Z: P4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

2 \5 _/ T& d# s7 }5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

/ {& w" a( a! L( Q& ~% v2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
! Z" g1 P( B" ^6 A6 Lof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

8 v% X2 W% g# n3 [  ~+ Y3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

( S9 v% R1 W! }! P$ \4) Must be physically capable.

5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general

Shift: 6 - 12 hours per week, 7pm - 1am Fridays and Saturdays
