# X% |9 X1 K1 D  u5 Q0 H3 T, j3 }JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

' X. v0 S/ M  }! M0 O7 tDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
4 r3 A8 {+ }. X1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
0 S& J$ m7 X: |( [! x- iand are University affiliated.
, K. y" x& [9 L0 o8 q
8 [* R7 W1 j/ W0 c3 n" R2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

5 F2 s/ Q' ]/ j9 _3 _7 n" C+ g. R3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
+ ^0 W$ M4 w: ~% `7 `3 ]( @( U1 eof garbage.

& M! `8 i2 r) _6 d4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.
% v& j) n" m8 ?* S% N
5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations

QUALIFICATIONS;
* v# ]5 [9 p7 J/ V7 ?1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

  e6 G1 R4 J' {0 O7 h1 x" H, B2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
- S4 r3 i/ l. w/ R0 @( B5 ecalmly under extremely stressful conditions.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Must be physically capable.

* i3 X0 T6 N+ u6 n5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general  
; U$ w5 w; a+ gpublic.

Wage: $7.73/hour + gratuities
