6 T4 A7 n3 @* ]5 s" Q) {JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
/ k0 }- A( p0 W! {3 j* Q(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
& ~5 ?4 N! C1 J: V; `policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

1 G& Z% _  Y$ ^  @3 ~DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
8 ^; P# m) O& ?" @1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
0 a0 I2 ?( s7 U: n7 zand are University affiliated.

  S- l* f9 W: a2 S+ P2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.

, t9 v$ r# ?" O4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
, v7 v& N7 S1 p; gconsumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.
) W' P3 b& o5 @  N
1 n4 p0 {  @! `2 U/ P5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
0 C+ \: Y6 M1 Warea when required.
9 ~# t$ ]2 v% ^5 x+ G7 c8 Y+ C
6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
8 ]) Z  Y: ^1 z7 V# t! {) ~$ R7 _& TManager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

6 }$ [4 Q; }* ~0 c5 q+ b2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
, |5 o+ j4 ^; C2 |; @0 lof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

0 p: I* ^5 n! m: ?; r) E3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
! r; \. e, @  f3 B
4) Must be physically capable.

5 u7 ~( f& G3 Y8 V0 U' w- q3 G5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general  
public.
