) g  r5 b% F  YJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
+ [0 J0 Y, T- U2 Z$ }and are University affiliated.

6 b* k, w! C  T+ d% s+ ]3 k% t1 m. z2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.
; l- R( r7 p6 H; [- M2 r8 Q7 S6 }
1 b( j0 D' Z. a3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
8 ~( J; M2 g8 Pof garbage.
) h; k  z- e5 F7 ~$ N* y; v
4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

$ G  ?  ~2 E6 a" s8 ^" ]- Z2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
8 N  @1 _  y: {" o) o# |of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

, P% y$ Y) z2 u( S3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Must be physically capable.

5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general  
public.
