DOORPERSON (RATT)

JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
. m: s2 P8 v5 u" x+ j$ Z" P1 Q+ G1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
$ S2 i' m" \, |! q$ S* G4 hand are University affiliated.

2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
( `) Y2 V  j4 O1 }0 lof garbage.

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
) B% q( j, H: O, [) d+ z1 Aconsumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

/ @( u' |, O7 D, a" _5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

QUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
' g, @0 b' ]6 e5 ^- Uof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

3 t" v6 R4 Y1 U3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
+ v8 i2 k2 ^! G- _( g
6 b" x+ Y6 }( R9 R5 B& e3 s4) Must be physically capable.

public.

Wage: $7.73/hour + gratuities

Shift: 6 - 12 hours per week, 7pm - 1am Fridays and Saturdays
