, T9 L. s/ B+ C8 b" D! JJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
3 r1 i" A! C( ]7 Gpolicies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
& N- b1 C7 W# O. i, p; I1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.

6 a, _9 W' q3 g; k1 t* d2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.
) y: S8 `0 f7 |' u' j) x
3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.

, ^  S7 f0 \/ g7 l2 G- {4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

% z2 N* r' ^  X$ _& u0 w0 d5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
$ g+ J, e. z' r, Karea when required.

4 `  _- a/ S2 a5 c4 K2 {6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
4 r) W) r) z2 [( S6 fManager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

/ A+ R3 f- k7 v4 m) R  B5 R2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work

, P% w7 c6 @0 ?  ~2 `) L6 z# W' c3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general  
public.
