6 C( [& w/ V! y/ i+ [" d& O2 rJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
. X& R+ I( r% f2 T: K5 ~6 ?, @(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
' R2 i: J4 q* i. Y) Y  }( }policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.

2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

, i0 N  G* x: Q' b/ R3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
' T7 O9 B$ i! [. Kof garbage.

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

" S/ U8 r7 b# T# R& h+ ~' L# r4 J" ~5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
( p5 e% @5 p3 g) |6 r7 bManager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

, K  W3 S% m8 u  i6 }2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
1 u8 ?0 N2 _0 S& Zof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
$ b+ h. K( \; y, e; J5 `calmly under extremely stressful conditions.
% \. [4 O; B0 m6 \( M  S
6 z8 @' }4 B; W0 x! F9 q3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Must be physically capable.

5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general
