' t2 q" e8 z: ZJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
6 V, H: N5 H; U+ ]0 \8 e9 d(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
* }% u  Y6 t- g, Rand are University affiliated.
7 x- ?/ E, ?  c  ?4 T6 m& K7 q
2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.
  J, t/ t- O/ x; g2 K7 N; R3 P
3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
, y) X) v4 t1 c; ?of garbage.

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
# ~9 y% h) I# M( I: N, u2 uconsumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

$ e1 T  n; z& i# [- q) t3 k5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
# j' i: a+ y: yarea when required.

% q% x/ K2 N  `* Q) @! ?/ x6 E; O6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

8 i, R+ L- H  r7 t: l7 BQUALIFICATIONS;
. j% L: ~5 e! z2 J( j/ n: f% f1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
- ?- R+ ~1 R- d  B/ P6 Aof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
& _! ?; U$ m" R2 A% X9 u2 vcalmly under extremely stressful conditions.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
