DOORPERSON (RATT)

JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
/ U/ g: v! F1 L  V" p. C2 z% P: Y  ~(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
; s7 o5 E8 S& y( k+ Dpolicies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
& W& H1 g2 p& A1 Iand are University affiliated.

2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.

6 l! Q/ B. R0 J, }) R6 F# j4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

3 B+ c- m0 n+ L- h2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
3 c( ^( `  u1 jcalmly under extremely stressful conditions.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Must be physically capable.

; L0 O8 @* {, V9 u( w$ Z, O5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general  
public.
