1 W* [& U7 F4 k1 v2 N; O4 p2 pJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
6 m* ]. Y7 Y5 T: Zpolicies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
7 c  p/ k; k! a( S  _/ ]and are University affiliated.
; S" I/ F. b! C; Q7 T
: ^1 r: v/ r- }6 J2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.
  J5 u& ^, Y4 o0 q6 S* F0 n
3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

* V9 V( ^1 ~# U& V3 k5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
4 Z+ f. L$ C. C7 t) `1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
0 F8 G7 K- L- ^of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

4 {. }2 T: B5 u% Z. i* J8 q* k3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Must be physically capable.

5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general  
. H# b$ H% c8 c: N1 z, npublic.

Shift: 6 - 12 hours per week, 7pm - 1am Fridays and Saturdays
