JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
: f* F4 R( f1 cpolicies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
- ]6 Z8 r1 R) p% n% Nand are University affiliated.

2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.
& A4 Y5 |* v% v' J5 g5 }
3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
7 U& b& d# b( Gof garbage.

0 T: K4 Q7 |% j+ ^# K3 y4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

1 b0 {. H% N/ w( W# j2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
% ^" A# y2 m" W0 C  Y1 yof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
5 v# h5 o& ^. V4 G& Scalmly under extremely stressful conditions.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
