JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
6 T5 ?; X2 @8 [. @. k(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.

2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

& f* t8 z/ }% ~( [0 \3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
9 \0 f$ X. g6 w$ W5 C/ B; Gof garbage.

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
' l3 O* e  A# Q* ^consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.
# \% f/ s9 y2 r" r: ~% J! T$ v0 g' n
2 j5 h1 i1 Z- o- }0 Q5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
) \1 W. z7 t0 o7 S9 l$ carea when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
+ t( L: G& A3 T* AManager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

3 U3 x, |' r* c$ EQUALIFICATIONS;
0 U( }: n, \3 ]1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
1 q, h# b* P% C/ k; P5 S' }calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

9 s+ K1 R* l& u8 N' x" T% f4) Must be physically capable.

& _3 h- g( _( s( w! p5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general

Wage: $7.73/hour + gratuities

Shift: 6 - 12 hours per week, 7pm - 1am Fridays and Saturdays
