JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.

* g" F' g8 g, I( f' b% ~0 n2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
6 @4 M. I! r: b/ W/ S0 Kof garbage.

2 k1 m3 ^1 N9 s5 N$ ~: a4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
2 z" D0 ^5 T- D; Dconsumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
6 H8 K6 ], L' ?# _# j: P" E( Warea when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
' a; R' B- ^; A( Q' B5 WManager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
5 E) v/ C* A& k$ [1 i9 B1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

& O9 k/ w& k2 l' g! o2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
& M7 j( A% i/ i3 Wcalmly under extremely stressful conditions.

4) Must be physically capable.

Shift: 6 - 12 hours per week, 7pm - 1am Fridays and Saturdays
