1 _4 F* E# `4 {% F2 w5 }/ g7 p( I& EJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
3 D# \0 D- }& e7 R; r1 U7 W) P: Fpolicies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

4 b( Q; A0 {4 t2 eDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.

2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.
9 t5 L; Z! h4 c3 {# P6 D$ X5 q
3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

; L8 T0 R5 I$ u" r& v1 Z3 w2 J5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
+ _5 v8 j0 n0 R* F1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
% L! Z9 E: a- ~! y# M- `+ p6 V- z
2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
& J7 G* x; i$ g5 `: K% Rcalmly under extremely stressful conditions.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

! \, M- y0 l. d9 a+ [% }7 R4) Must be physically capable.

5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general  
* y4 X, N9 s1 d( U+ ?/ o5 T7 Qpublic.

Shift: 6 - 12 hours per week, 7pm - 1am Fridays and Saturdays
