( i* t' m4 E2 Q1 u: C* y9 VJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

# B6 h  \$ E7 y  i3 L- v- |DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
( T% I( Z7 J3 o3 K# p7 yand are University affiliated.

" w/ S- [( r) K0 d/ u1 U2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

! R3 S+ u! k' U9 R% b% [& C3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
- z0 T: {2 L3 H7 k0 A1 nconsumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations

  K' H% M( U6 Z( K- i: i# WQUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

& Z1 }4 a* W* |2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
  e3 j+ X0 s. m+ dcalmly under extremely stressful conditions.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

! }# D9 Y; m$ J5 l4 d1 |$ Y4) Must be physically capable.
