JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
0 P$ ?  K4 L/ q1 \5 h: `( v! Spolicies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
7 a& R$ ?* x$ `and are University affiliated.
& J( s" `& ~7 }$ ?
/ U1 f3 A4 Z% N! j7 Z/ ?2 t3 M2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.
. A/ }- U1 r: R! l
3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
0 G& _4 F4 l$ ]4 N) t) l/ `consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
) P% C- N8 k/ F3 Jarea when required.

) u$ h! S3 R! P4 n6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
4 m( D2 o5 X: rManager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

; p+ R& B7 M0 {1 X6 v. T- bQUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

# o3 F0 O9 U2 ^8 R$ o; o- k2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

2 q0 v6 `3 w. e4 h! d0 y3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Must be physically capable.

5 X9 U) U- v, l  c/ i5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general  
public.

Wage: $7.73/hour + gratuities

Shift: 6 - 12 hours per week, 7pm - 1am Fridays and Saturdays
