JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
7 T% q) i2 ~) Q! q6 S) A  z6 z* ~policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1 r3 Q# o" c7 b8 O: ]9 ]- s1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
+ a% V, R$ f/ \" S% i2 T) r+ K* l" ?and are University affiliated.
: D( L' U. _# v# H5 v% ]
' w8 D' r$ u; y4 N: ~/ r; t* d, @" l2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
2 O4 h, y. t, j8 ^of garbage.

$ ^- O8 F( G9 y- J) |& T4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
+ x- j4 E; q0 U  }area when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
2 b. e% e8 D* s% u+ GManager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

/ b5 r6 v- Z7 j+ m- B2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

5 _) i* a' I9 H- i/ Y( _% `3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

  R- A; w  O8 R& i( b. d4) Must be physically capable.
