JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior  
$ {; W& s" y3 b( `3 SOperations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will  
& f3 n( [3 Y/ y2 Q# ^% O& {assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

, X# V* H0 j0 PDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
9 M- x4 t% V4 `' R1)              Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display  
food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen  
area.

2) Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public  
6 L0 J8 g4 U  p( vclients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

+ ~8 \( w+ ~6 M# n5 v" v# E4 }3)              Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as  
" P! [) t# R, K* G' I. hper Capital Health standards.

4)              Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to  
( x1 N/ J  h/ G8 `$ j* H/ H$ z' Zwork rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services  
operating hours.

5) Serve as cashier when required.

4 M+ C  }* R" n; F0 ]8 A6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior  
  M5 ?4 i  @0 W, t' `Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

/ Q( p6 b& ]& |QUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe  
/ R, u9 ~% m+ Y6 hfood handling and storage techniques.

2)              Some cooking/baking experience.

3) Cashier experience.

4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

. F6 r6 F7 w; V6 P1 u# V9 [+ _6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
