0 S2 U4 U+ Z  P2 S) D0 ^JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior  
5 x7 l5 r; ^) H7 V# a  m8 HOperations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will  
7 t& l5 c# D+ D% [' Tassist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
1)              Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display  
) A: Z) T# m7 ^food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen  
$ j, Q7 S- ^- y4 oarea.

$ C/ H2 ?) y3 r# C+ J2) Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public  
clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

3)              Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as  
per Capital Health standards.

; r) u# J9 ?8 g+ z  U! B4)              Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to  
- p4 E& e- P/ n! d; N2 C# ?work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services  
9 f# V$ w. N; z  @. boperating hours.

5) Serve as cashier when required.

: g0 C' h6 N2 S: B! p" r. B6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

( E/ `/ v. ]2 B* C3 {QUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe  
) z# G) c! p% ^: Ofood handling and storage techniques.

, a$ s1 Y* _# ^# F# B5 t8 X2)              Some cooking/baking experience.
, n/ P* D& Q7 x& Q5 S
5 a! x9 x8 e1 [, u- {) u3) Cashier experience.

4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

3 D4 r+ v' E& f8 ^5) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
