JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior  
7 \: S" c8 Q( j, r8 bOperations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will  
$ l: a9 I9 `, v: yassist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

8 D/ G& s9 [- c. uDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
" \4 P/ i$ }; q* H' W  e1)              Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display  
4 v2 i0 g" r! k2 qfood in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen  
area.
! N! R* h5 [" U
2) Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public  
clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
2 z& `  o* P+ q, P
3)              Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as  
per Capital Health standards.

4)              Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to  
; d0 W% @* k( S4 @4 t: qwork rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services  
operating hours.

$ b, s' ]# w7 [+ m5 c5) Serve as cashier when required.

  [4 `0 h- z% a! C+ @8 |$ t" B# G4 Y8 ^6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior  
* z9 P2 `/ L9 I3 b' M4 C- iOperations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

QUALIFICATIONS;
4 U8 |" g* I: U  J& W1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe  
food handling and storage techniques.

2)              Some cooking/baking experience.

" W2 U3 T8 G+ q' k% c# W3) Cashier experience.

4 v1 _' Y1 h8 r2 V+ n! V4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4 y. J# Q: v* R, i5) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
