. S! i6 ]" o2 F6 i+ e2 HJOB SUMMARY:  Reporting to and under the supervision of the Senior  
Operations Manager-Retail and the Operations Manager-Retail, the  
! R- _+ F' P" [, \* T+ lfulltime Operating Assistant-SUBtitles is responsible for the  
effective operation of SUBtitles in the absence of the manager(s).

1 J) a7 e+ i" S0 CDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
4 P/ F! B6 k/ u7 g1)             Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
Retail in the training of part time staff
3 {) n# L) U6 M+ A* L
7 z2 @- ^7 _& O3 c# X& F' d5 j  i2)             Responsible for supervising part time staff and  
2 b5 c4 ~( I3 V$ Densuring that staff are fulfilling job requirements

  Q! I8 J: l! [" `9 n! L* _3)             Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
Retail with cashing out and ensuring that floats are secured

  K; n  J8 I1 k" `2 a& R% V) m4)             Capable and willing to work in all areas while working  
* E7 W/ k9 `# K9 E$ t. ?* m' i6 uvarious shifts as per store hours

4 i1 Q/ w9 u6 _, A% |! L5)             Responsible for determining needs and finalizing  
9 z' U4 I, `/ y* {# _8 G* Z8 |8 Sorders for external custom order clients

" X1 \3 R2 z+ w6 W% N6)             Responsible for the accuracy of month end inventory  
% c, u2 O. b% W# k& d5 Mcounts

8 A' }( l/ Z8 D3 g7)             Provide a high level of customer service
: v! s/ h3 S: z' R- f
( J1 |0 d8 K: F* H8)             Responsible for ensuring that databases are kept up to  
date with regards to consignment data

7 k% l( q4 o# \, w9)             Perform other job related duties, in SUBtitles and  
SUBmart, as required by the Senior Operations Manager-Retail and the  
Operations Manager-Retail

QUALIFICATIONS;
1)             Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent

3 q  \- i8 T2 `: c- X# I: f2)             Post secondary education would be an asset

, b6 I. T$ F2 v3)             Previous supervisory experience would be an asset

4)             Strong organizational skills

* l1 v- Z0 W( {  k* g' s5)             High level of creativity, initiative and attention to  
1 x2 e; a0 g1 W9 G: g6 Gdetail

2 {6 K7 X" m1 |# R, A$ }6)             Knowledge of computer operations

7)             Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a  
) O8 x; Y$ M3 tvariety of areas

3 Z+ l2 E0 p$ C5 ^& t1 e9 H' d8)             Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and
