JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

: S8 ~: J; y# p# A. w3 \1 b( m# {2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
) K( X) |# T( C; n/ J8 gCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
4 W- a, q( O' D6 ^deliveries.

5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

# \( G" n8 ?' s1 @. n5 ~. @6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.

7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
# w* w/ a  T9 p. g* F( KManager.

1 p' Y, `' f+ O* |* J; zQUALIFICATIONS;

1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
+ _5 P% _; j$ N& D7 h$ ?
2) Previous experience with food inventories.

4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
+ K- C7 H5 Z) [& ^2 t+ h( h/ z
5) Good public and staff relations.
