ECBEA was approached by the Asian Chinese Opera Association to announce

tickets for each school; please select 2 students from your school to
award

SUB
theatre, U of Alberta, Jul. 21, Sat. at 1-4 pm.  The casts are led by 2

instructors - Lau Wai Ming and Fong Suet Ying, both are Champions of
9 P6 j- L! f/ d, }the
& O9 P5 T( C+ p1 B1 |0 TCantonse Opera Contest in Hong Kong and was awarded outstanding
Achievements
in Arts Education in the teacher category by the Hong Kong Arts
; J9 {" Q; i% r* y  k6 HDevelopment
Council.  Children cast members are ranging from 6 - 15 years old.  The

performance will be done in English with Chinese operatic music; plus a
few
songs in well-known Cantonese Opera... The performance was done to
sold-out
, s6 z8 y7 l% l% V+ J3 hcrowds in various Hong Kong venues and received rave review from the
Hong Kong
