to deliver expert human resource consulting services to our Ministry clients. With generalist
experience and expertise in HR practices, you will be the first point of contact to provide advice,
% B; x3 K0 ~& G! O8 o% ecoaching and facilitation services regarding all human resource related issues. In addition to staffing,
job evaluation and employee relations issues, you will make a difference in developing and
implementing a range of strategic HR initiatives.

, \8 @/ H, v0 m4 SYou get results with your excellent consultation, influencing and organizational skills, your strong
' M* r# Z1 e: T: c* hservice orientation and the ability to build effective working relationships with clients. You act
independently as well as contribute to a team and are proficient working with PeopleSoft or other
; _+ L/ U$ G  C$ y( Z" urelated HRMIS software.

) p9 N2 H( \' Z0 `$ H& b* [Qualifications: University graduation in a related field with at least 5 years related human resource
consulting experience. Project management, HR planning and program development experience in a
