to deliver expert human resource consulting services to our Ministry clients. With generalist
experience and expertise in HR practices, you will be the first point of contact to provide advice,
coaching and facilitation services regarding all human resource related issues. In addition to staffing,
job evaluation and employee relations issues, you will make a difference in developing and
implementing a range of strategic HR initiatives.

service orientation and the ability to build effective working relationships with clients. You act

' M( p* l7 a8 z6 j( q5 Qrelated HRMIS software.

; y6 M& w* _7 Y& j& Tconsulting experience. Project management, HR planning and program development experience in a
unionized environment is desirable. Equivalencies will be considered.
