to deliver expert human resource consulting services to our Ministry clients. With generalist
experience and expertise in HR practices, you will be the first point of contact to provide advice,
coaching and facilitation services regarding all human resource related issues. In addition to staffing,
1 G9 S: l  u& U' P$ @; L; Mjob evaluation and employee relations issues, you will make a difference in developing and
1 U/ `4 m2 c, B. ]8 y, X+ z4 Jimplementing a range of strategic HR initiatives.

" S' \1 N6 `6 n8 [; y. uservice orientation and the ability to build effective working relationships with clients. You act
independently as well as contribute to a team and are proficient working with PeopleSoft or other

Qualifications: University graduation in a related field with at least 5 years related human resource
/ ]$ X" G$ S8 L3 ]consulting experience. Project management, HR planning and program development experience in a
' Y  {% Y+ {  F6 @# F" z5 Hunionized environment is desirable. Equivalencies will be considered.
