to deliver expert human resource consulting services to our Ministry clients. With generalist
: L* h8 T) H& T5 Rexperience and expertise in HR practices, you will be the first point of contact to provide advice,
* q" g9 X2 k' G3 Hcoaching and facilitation services regarding all human resource related issues. In addition to staffing,
job evaluation and employee relations issues, you will make a difference in developing and
implementing a range of strategic HR initiatives.


7 s# Y( }0 v' X1 h5 b3 S/ ~3 \You get results with your excellent consultation, influencing and organizational skills, your strong
5 w  C! D& h* J* m9 bservice orientation and the ability to build effective working relationships with clients. You act
independently as well as contribute to a team and are proficient working with PeopleSoft or other
related HRMIS software.

Qualifications: University graduation in a related field with at least 5 years related human resource
consulting experience. Project management, HR planning and program development experience in a
