我自己最喜欢这套房有两个地方：
- N; R. p1 l  R$ K9 X1，水泥结构 (隔音好)
2，窗户大 (光线好，通风好)

我们降价主要是考虑家庭客观因素,对市场不具代表性,希望不要影响大家对市场的判断.
. k5 l: J; {& `) g/ P当然目前市场上的房价和交易速度确实在往低走,这也肯定影响了我们的价格,但我想说的是,起主要作用的还是我们自己的客观情况,毕竟我们才list刚刚一周.
