JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager- $ T+ \' m t( r; i4 T4 J9 i
SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical
# C7 n) F- \5 Q* `8 T2 R# DSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
$ x8 k& e4 w0 |% J7 Q. u. T' D: g1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning . S6 V( f. h/ ?- ~) D0 G
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.) V; s; Z8 o9 z# P3 I
! x4 F/ P+ y7 {; ]( x. F
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
% y9 X5 H5 @7 y( t) z4 n( \print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.
+ y, ^: n% T) @- ^: o1 c& j5 q: a- y# j$ u2 G9 |, q
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of 3 _& k* {- g9 s9 v
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and 2 x; w( q- |; z8 O
keeping appropriate and accurate records.

% Q+ d- e9 g$ e; n- y; l4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment 5 J* v3 z; g8 `0 y0 ~
failures to the Operations Manager.2 \& ]/ [) J3 ^8 z3 n

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, 8 B ~5 D$ n1 D( [* }
and adhere to regulations as appropriate.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

skills.

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.
