Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
2 i% U% T" ~ u. w1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
; o# Z: P: ~9 u1 p$ w: {of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.3 F8 ]+ N( R4 s
" A# ]% _; N2 ]3 [6 H2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
) x: b7 F( m. U, g, D3 e. O3 Yprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

4 d* C+ D9 b5 o- S/ P6 f* ^3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of , }4 M( F$ Z: \9 q- m
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and

failures to the Operations Manager.

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, 5 S2 V$ I+ z, x! ~. R
and adhere to regulations as appropriate.9 ^. b# S0 A0 Q# o9 o0 \( f

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.( s# ]- X( `; v2 d
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.
