Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects * d# R# x; f; a+ s7 N0 x R
of Course Pack production.4 z! N+ O/ k) O

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
% t: [* E; n% U* b! r, ^" b% X1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning 9 u0 h- S3 \( {# g3 E% Q" b
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
6 \) y6 V2 t5 F0 E3 P2 a y0 `. p8 _7 p0 p+ i: @' `
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including 3 F" b5 ^% N& `" l! [% Y* Z# f. Q
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.3 D3 q% |. z4 \* B' n5 ?
& E; R3 N6 L2 I3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of ; E6 o+ U6 l" N8 X
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and : A; k. s& V$ w2 b
keeping appropriate and accurate records.

and adhere to regulations as appropriate.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.2 x' I. X, F& o) x' P% @# w
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication

+ {; c, Z: Z- l8 _1 A0 i! v0 y0 h% e3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.
