JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager-

# i0 N3 [& A+ A# B6 l, \! PSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
. _% g2 P7 ~5 h f. sof Course Pack production.
% [+ h2 d3 m( N& K" \0 c
1 ~( F" v! s" P- Q, E$ c6 s+ l1 TDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
) a; P$ s. D& k0 c1 X1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning 6 y. ~0 w+ I9 g
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.

+ h8 N8 W& F; T- N# _, ]2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including 1 L* X6 f; Z/ R: {: t
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
' f" d9 }- `0 V @6 ~" _course packs. This includes following operational procedures and

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment - O k% E3 j& I+ m
failures to the Operations Manager.

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,

QUALIFICATIONS:
- t; K, p% d, ?8 t1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.+ H5 h$ z% g3 y9 V( B
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication

$ T7 h% O" B4 B- Q; ?8 u. B1 w. ^' g3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.
