SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical 7 A/ h8 n4 W3 H9 H) k, M. D
Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
3 r' l3 z' `4 M" o Uof Course Pack production.. l5 @- a0 j0 X3 p
, {" M6 ~$ A m$ p" ?) B H9 n2 k' `DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:" x; o! J3 S- y1 }/ s" I1 u2 m0 \
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning 5 S/ Y9 A9 B6 j7 s
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.+ p" ? I* N; g0 F- K
. i' M8 D! T7 a( f3 o7 C) d
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
4 o) I' m' O+ {' W2 R. Qprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.
`4 o+ D1 U/ i2 u( A0 {1 p3 N, M6 v7 L) Y4 U' C
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
3 u; k- J2 c4 b# @4 R8 |course packs. This includes following operational procedures and
5 n3 Z' F& E8 D3 ^" {+ k* |, mkeeping appropriate and accurate records.+ p+ i3 c. z2 M! U3 v
* w1 m$ V) o. K7 I4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment
. S, x5 q* G# Y+ f) i% {' Sfailures to the Operations Manager.

P; x, V+ M0 T8 ?; M5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,
0 U! h3 N) S. n& J3 n; [0 o0 xand adhere to regulations as appropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS:' i$ e# A4 x$ v* x" O( `. t/ a
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
S; t# V. V3 F; {9 U0 B2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication 6 q0 g2 [# P1 `
skills.: [/ w1 C8 t$ W2 w7 |* T; ^7 X7 V
# [9 Z+ ?. T/ b' @! J& L
3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.$ \9 X4 _0 ` f/ H- Q
- M) s( b) ?! ]- n! _( n- q4 z4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.

5) Ability to work in high stress environment.
