JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager-
% C6 U/ D: z& l, |/ w' kSU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical
; L8 K' f6 E. }8 [) fSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects " g! D) ^ v- t7 W
of Course Pack production.+ g7 C! \: P8 g9 |% |; _- V

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* p C7 g& \ H% c/ L z1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
7 s0 E# y3 n% t/ `6 S: O3 U% wof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.5 w5 d2 d" w6 T3 k* |- q
' O# h8 T N) _( o% ]
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including # N6 G, J1 h, ~
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
; Z8 i' L* L% O4 ^9 r! |' Pcourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and * P' {% ]5 r6 U y% A1 q- ?# b+ s
keeping appropriate and accurate records.

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment 1 O$ Y9 J4 j# c. V. z; G
failures to the Operations Manager.

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful. p( J1 W% d7 F$ c
