Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects 3 s( k4 x; Z1 d {& o0 I
of Course Pack production.7 E6 i# j) i+ S Q/ u

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
" C5 G) M, K( B" {! H1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
; ?+ D! M: C# m9 Gof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.6 n, ^/ W2 h+ H
1 A6 N5 }( c/ W7 {: H6 j0 q7 M
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including I. _1 s+ S% f$ J. T! I, A
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

) H/ v5 G6 d" R( r H3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
/ f" d2 Q6 l! _# U9 E* a8 Rcourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and
3 H. C7 o, J+ @) @! f. Z3 zkeeping appropriate and accurate records.

failures to the Operations Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:
) W5 Q, r, e' {, x4 R1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
* Y- y5 H' I' P2 e2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication

% ~8 ]3 w& i8 s) w. L$ W8 ?3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.
