1 k9 G& h/ {! M2 }of Course Pack production.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:! G/ O' k2 y; r' c1 _
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning ( B! i5 o. S9 q' O; U# O
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
2 H# q, J, S+ h' x7 u5 A" c' N1 r
" x! [9 x1 r8 ?$ b& p- p( i2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
9 ~+ R) O5 L, P# [$ Vprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.2 k5 v6 @9 `# k2 h6 g8 ~7 M
' F1 ^/ h t4 }* _4 c O! ~3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
* c. s3 H; K! T b8 xcourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and
5 t# J$ ]7 R/ q- n$ p) Fkeeping appropriate and accurate records.

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment
- X8 I' k5 U" X, r- Sfailures to the Operations Manager.

and adhere to regulations as appropriate.

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful., }; \+ ~" T! k, U+ R/ U# \
