of Course Pack production.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ ~+ ]: X- f. \% V/ z1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
' q/ g+ F4 ?6 cof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.- n( c" J6 E& M5 Y$ u
) p6 B) O" ^5 B3 t \1 W/ c; C: G$ d
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
+ |; I4 U( X R, j$ |$ h3 Vprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.) R2 X* X' p& ]# H& z
8 R0 O/ e) @0 t) _4 _% i5 c& n& x: _3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
: z$ g L n' n4 w, {( y6 acourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and 3 ?0 U7 X9 _9 ?$ f+ Z! k# f
keeping appropriate and accurate records.6 Q8 |% H0 |( N4 _8 s

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.) {# u- ~0 t3 m" x

5) Ability to work in high stress environment.
