Member Relations Coordinator
3 r  z& _% }- {Key Responsibilities:¨
Develop and implement retention strategies for existing membership base
& a" K" z8 H5 C' F5 r) y* v¨
& q) u  U! _- V4 K- f, _" AAssist in the recruitment and development of new members
( `& B0 K$ w" F' D3 u, w¨
Communicate facility information to both internal and external members; respond to feedback

8 K& o) R7 e! cEstablishment and maintenance of group memberships

# Z  @8 b7 t# \0 x' [4 T7 f" a, TProvide leadership and support to Member Services staff

Administrative and clerical duties related to program delivery

Qualifications:

4 T, W, W4 G  G( e# B& |4 gMarketing/Sales experience or interest

: B0 v7 l# }! CStrong communication, writing and time management skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CLASS

Skilled with diverse clientele & a fast-paced work environment

4 k/ s) g) ~2 eFirst Aid and CPR certification

Police Security and Child Welfare Check required
