If you want to go to UA, you probably need everything prepared as much as you have to in China.
! f% A$ T# ?, b2 K; b# H
the advantage is that you can go to see the professors and coordinators of the department, give them a live and personal  impression so that you will be considered in preference of those oversea students.
2 o8 j$ u" m- f+ M6 q4 k* h# |# _+ X4 o
* _4 p. g, T3 v0 Uand also, you can submit your applications much later than those overseas students, who may suffer from visa applications.

7 ~9 _0 T3 N; [generally speaking, there isn't too much difference in  the process of applications. you will have to go through all the steps required by the University.
