Tip #1: Buy some Nizoral shampoo. I said it on my site and I will6 s8 q0 f3 ^- a# B5 m# y! u
say it again... this stuff works for stopping h.air loss. It won't
. {1 y8 b# B, C4 t( M3 @regrow your h.air, but it will help with your shedding.

The Nizoral is absorbed through your scalp and blocks the DHT from5 `0 s% z- ]% m# r
attacking your h.air follicle. Once I started using this, I noticed
& k/ }6 I# L9 e$ E- v: na big reduction in h.air loss.

It's a cheap solution and you can find it just about anywhere./ h9 j$ L+ E! E/ f: R) X

Tip #3: Don't wash your h.air every day. Unless you've got a job

there's really no reason to wash your h.air daily. Doing so

If you absolutely must dry your h.air, set the temperature to cold
