Sure it is advantage. Some people, when they are getting old, they have to sell their single house and move to condo or townhouse.

那还不如买condo

对有小孩的好些。因有地下室，可放很多杂物。如地下室finished的，小孩也可做个Play room. 如condo，就只有放在壁橱里。
8 z0 S/ N7 q1 b* p4 g  Q时间长了，东西会愈来愈多的。
& E( \9 L  R' I夏天也可避暑用。
