a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

Graduate Fellowships

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
: P2 g# ?( }% P! jand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
. ^' B! g0 F/ O5 q; a( EPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

4 {" V3 b& p4 R6 @! HThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
3 }6 S4 J  |/ \# O(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
3 e& ^8 g! j. N2 Y; l$ R(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
7 o- B& D+ G0 J4 Y# p(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
; i) v6 o  p( T" K4 U4 w' Q(e) A good team work player.

Interested and highly motivated candidates are welcomed to apply. Tuition will be
fully waived and a competitive stipend will be offered. Please send a complete
