d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Graduate Fellowships

+ @4 a/ v: F/ fPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
( c9 Q: E% S9 I7 U: QPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
0 B& `+ w$ r- V4 T# a( fintegrated system/circuit design.
) @# e$ y- C* A" S' _$ A8 Z0 U
The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
- T8 S  ~, n% s, _  O. |(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
