The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:2 U# U; @5 p; L8 M" x
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.. {3 \ q& N% V- Q5 I7 k
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.1 \0 x6 z7 }2 _( {4 X
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).8 `- M; t+ {3 l; y, T0 H' P0 U
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
