a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
6 c  E+ t6 R+ e7 Tc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
! ^- I, q6 j# h3 g7 K- M$ Wenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.
0 r( t0 E3 _% t7 R
The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
8 i- G  ~4 H5 D2 b6 P(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
  A4 Y6 @7 D/ V) P  g1 s8 @(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
  W5 ~4 C0 U- C- A$ K; i(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
; R1 s9 Y3 E6 Y$ [! o6 C(e) A good team work player.
