JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

5 B1 o* c. k6 H DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.

2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

  n- @% g% k; A, G3 u3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

5) Serve as cashier when required.

6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

" H2 A0 _+ S' p3 Y& Y+ v4 S7 ?1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

8 Y1 G# A& S* y1 M0 t0 N/ J0 k2) Cashier experience.

* p* a/ o( `9 }' `' K8 X9 Y3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.
