2 J7 W) L) a1 K5 W1 Y% ^JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

2 w4 n+ |* A: s9 k DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

0 \7 `2 b  G- r% @! I6 U8 E1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.

2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

8 p. y; L$ J& t- U, u3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

* E& j" V1 M5 q8 w0 w/ S2 b4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

7 i( d% H  D. Z8 X5) Serve as cashier when required.

6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

5 G. |7 f9 j2 W, p# h/ L) O4 ^1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

6 w- x4 @& i# a0 o2) Cashier experience.
6 w0 v+ X: ^: H* ]: ^( d( l7 C
1 F4 d# h0 x( J* D' A) ?3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
