$ ], L$ {2 ]5 O: i' DJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

& W0 K5 D3 {, ^5 P1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.

+ X5 _5 ?$ U2 E9 K- n5 i  x1 i2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

# j- @: Q6 e5 A; L0 F3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

, E" }  e$ B& [) z# a9 M9 }5) Serve as cashier when required.

5 {5 O+ a" _4 f+ X4 A6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

2) Cashier experience.

) k  U9 q4 H* a1 ?3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.
& I# C& G$ f; O2 A; W7 ]4 L! c
6 R2 J; K8 m( |8 r5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
