• overall management of all agency projects/programs and services

• prepare, complete and submit all program proposals including budgets and reports to the funders and key stakeholders3 d; @. o: ?/ P# X! Q. `
• set program priorities and directions

• implement and monitor programs and community activities to meet identified needs and trends

• delivery of program or activity to participants as required

• communicate the value of the organization to the public

• coordinate and monitor significant programs through liaison/partnership with other community groups

, M7 X( Q! y0 v) ~/ }• work with community and social agencies/groups to raise awareness of systemic issues affecting people from a broad socio-economic spectrum to social policy makers and to lobby for social changes in society, legislation and systems.' g4 [7 }6 K. Z- c1 O% u- x
• Identify funding opportunities and resources that enhance the agency programs/services and staff* u( F; \! {1 s# d6 w

Qualifications
0 E% i: P7 G! R! m' d) U) p- University degree in a related field; ; j) O# I$ s. ~8 z+ O0 Z: |3 c* l
- Knowledge of leadership and management principles as relate to nonprofit / voluntary organization;9 R4 B) D# p3 Y9 _, d6 F
- Knowledge of human resources management, financial management, project management, fund development and organizational management;
5 {( u1 |3 N8 n9 M6 S8 L0 T1 s- 2 or more years of progressive management experience in a voluntary sector organization

- $50,000 - $55,000 + benefits 8 x% U" ~7 d- f
