• identify community needs and trends

• work with community and social agencies/groups to raise awareness of systemic issues affecting people from a broad socio-economic spectrum to social policy makers and to lobby for social changes in society, legislation and systems.) {2 D4 A2 G9 Y, j4 }
• Identify funding opportunities and resources that enhance the agency programs/services and staff

Qualifications! p# h0 m. K+ J* w, i. @! M
- University degree in a related field;
, \8 J8 m- E. U$ F: i5 U4 R# z7 p- Knowledge of leadership and management principles as relate to nonprofit / voluntary organization;
" K% z; X5 W; T7 {6 V% I+ e: ~7 g/ Z- Knowledge of human resources management, financial management, project management, fund development and organizational management; * L. c3 F/ Z- K* X1 i" l
- 2 or more years of progressive management experience in a voluntary sector organization / O2 h }/ r5 i

Salary. z5 o2 L' W# Y# v+ p- w5 o
- $50,000 - $55,000 + benefits + |' d; I1 C9 u1 O! B1 R8 w
