烤蛋糕
INGREDIENTS:

• 1 cup sugar
% W2 V; j. s8 J: H( V J• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (if you like the flavor, otherwise, none)2 S- n. G7 S# _- c! v7 Z# P" E6 T
• 1 1/2 cups sifted flour or all purpose flour (former is better)
- [$ {# Y: A$ c. R/ Y4 j8 y• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
& t# Q2 w; l3 F+ ~" `, i• 4 eggs, well beaten+ L5 C- E2 a7 b' F$ O6 [

Beat butter; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla. Sift together the dry ingredients; add to cream mixture alternately with beaten eggs, beating well after each addition. 0 V; ^0 A7 I% h+ U7 A
Turn into greased and floured 8-inch tube pan or 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
# O0 N# ~( e4 gBake in a preheated 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes in the pan then turn out onto a cake rack. Cool and glaze or frost as desired. Store tightly covered.$ Y4 K5 H* a" f

这是yellow cake,我最喜欢的,又简单。ingredients 我一般比较严格执行,否则变味,但是我通常要把糖的用量减至3/4到2/3,洋人用糖量太大,太甜了。但如果你认为cake mix的甜度适合你的口味,就用上述的量。
