Just to share something with someone who is investing in the housing market.

( v* P2 }8 v: A/ x+ p! yand loan interest (3 years prime-0.85) total $1100/month. Not too bad.
Also bought a new luxury apartment in China last month with $150,000.
- i8 G/ ~4 i4 N- ?7 dThat unit worths $160,000 this month.

I don't want to invest in China either. But $1= 7.75 RMB is hard to resist.
I am not regreted so far even though I cannot catch the $1= 8.10 RMB prime.
Well, it is still the highest ever for my currency exchange history.
