Just to share something with someone who is investing in the housing market.
9 o& }3 U9 z/ O: b1 @Bought another condo and rent it with $1300/month. Condo fee
and loan interest (3 years prime-0.85) total $1100/month. Not too bad.
Also bought a new luxury apartment in China last month with $150,000.
2 R1 k8 U% C& H% gThat unit worths $160,000 this month.
Don't talk too much, just do it.

I don't want to invest in China either. But $1= 7.75 RMB is hard to resist.
& w$ j* T  R" x9 c4 hI am not regreted so far even though I cannot catch the $1= 8.10 RMB prime.
