Just to share something with someone who is investing in the housing market.

and loan interest (3 years prime-0.85) total $1100/month. Not too bad.
% K) k# m$ ^9 R7 GAlso bought a new luxury apartment in China last month with $150,000.
That unit worths $160,000 this month.
Don't talk too much, just do it.

I don't want to invest in China either. But $1= 7.75 RMB is hard to resist.
0 H4 V% [4 B- C1 C% o3 zI am not regreted so far even though I cannot catch the $1= 8.10 RMB prime.
