Just to share something with someone who is investing in the housing market.

1 L1 m$ ~6 \- O* T/ b; Uand loan interest (3 years prime-0.85) total $1100/month. Not too bad.
Also bought a new luxury apartment in China last month with $150,000.
5 m6 `+ N* Z& y7 X. _7 J6 k( t+ F+ IThat unit worths $160,000 this month.

I don't want to invest in China either. But $1= 7.75 RMB is hard to resist.
