ATGCell Inc., a spin-off biotech company (http://www.atgcell.com) of the
University of Alberta, is focusing on the production and service of

strong track record in molecular and/or cellular biology and willingness

  x. G4 Z9 d5 D7 sQualified candidates should have a PhD or MS degree within 5 years or will
obtain one within 2-3 months, in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or a
related field. Extensive experience in protein expression and purification
from bacterial or eukaryotic sources, and/or in mammalian cell culture, is
required. Familiarity with recombinant DNA techniques, including PCR, DNA
" [( ?& N# _/ P8 ^6 E# Gcloning and mutagenesis is also required. Prior experience in protein
3 \# x* `; f8 `1 V3 i/ Q% Uover-expression in insect cells/yeast, or large-scale protein purification
is a good plus. The position requires excellent organizational skills with
; D) O9 g+ q- D( N. w3 y' nthe ability to work independently and multi-tasked along with keeping
accurate and complete research records.

, {! d$ ?, h/ _% }: Xfunding, such as the Alberta Ingenuity Fund R&D Associate. Anticipated
