Position Overview: Under minimal supervision, work as a technologist in a startup biotech company (http://www.atgcell.com) in Edmonton. Responsible for the execution of experiments in a laboratory using well-established techniques. Other duties include routine lab maintenance and assist with ordering. . H& a4 K. h* l. a) y

+ e. [* x( w# `Extensive experience in mammalian cell culture is required, in particular high-throughput or large-scale environment.

) e# | U! H8 C2 aPractical knowledge of common molecular biology techniques is desirable, particularly in PCR, plasmid construction, DNA sequence analysis and western blotting.
