Interview 1: by manager and technical leader
C% J8 b: Q" Z- ]# P; y-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.
, C7 Q0 Q7 y6 d3 T, m-Other questions:# X" A1 j9 P* U4 v" S
Manager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).

Finally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.2 K, ~' H6 z2 P6 ?

After the interview, I did not get any feedback.

The manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.9 W( a/ P- e( `" z, o# U- e
/ P) ?1 I5 I! K
One week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.

& ~% q* x6 _: U$ S3 }. lHR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.

* _! J2 A' V: c0 ] O6 t7 v& S& |2 F: ^HR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).

1 l% l2 r& Q5 M9 lHR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.

One hour later, I got a reject email!
