Interview 1: by manager and technical leader
' V- a5 s: M- i+ S-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.

* u3 T4 v( @' e* H1 c' S, cManager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).5 P! ^: F; r) x% K' i3 K( i. s

Finally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.

7 I+ \/ C, y; t/ W" TThe manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.5 D8 _$ P% r. E6 f9 d7 u

One week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.9 x2 [0 w; I2 {' X
7 A& B& b! `+ ^$ Q; DHR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.

HR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).

( k" y0 _! ]+ Y! w; QHR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.
