I really don't know and never thought it can be directly translated but I suddenly thought of some words that I never used, when I was driving on my long commute this morning:
k. k% v5 v. D. r1 N$ Lwhat about clichéd ...
( f+ o2 S. L6 \8 `3 k# P4 B# l" e
- y2 J5 K- d- w' [' Q! B- Ocliché really means overused, predictable, 陈词滥调, 了无新意. for example, in chinese shows, to imply that a woman is pregnant , she will always suddenly rush into the washroom and start to vomit, that's a cliche scene. so cliche!% B0 Z& s, c2 v% H3 J$ ^
but not rouma at all.
; p8 b1 z2 ]' R6 D* W% B/ F zso far I think "cheesy" is really THE word, as per the slang dic. |
