There are two ESL Programs available at CCI-LEX and we offer continuous J4 K( B1 y3 S8 [& V: O9 I! y: p5 w
enrolment and small class sizes.

The LEX Program is open to citizens and residents of Canada, and classes run
1 _& Z( {4 u3 s) O+ vduring the daytime (9-3) and in the evenings (6-8) from Monday to Thursday - ) G4 Y# K+ N5 S! [* m
there are no Friday classes. The cost for the daytime Program is $20.00 (4
; j F" o4 _" u. [, O; eweeks) and the evening classes are $10.00 (4 weeks). We offer 4 levels of 6 m& X9 |3 }! \2 z/ @5 n" g8 }( a
English as a Second Language study - Beginner (CLB levels 1/2), Intermediate
; A8 j# Q. q2 l( H- N9 _1 (CLB levels 3/4), Intermediate 2 (CLB levels 4/5) and Advanced (CLB levels
3 x. c/ g+ |3 k: P$ y9 c& V6 and above), as well as a Literacy class for the absolute beginner . D/ Z# b" E: k% _) ~1 a! D
(Pre-Benchmark CLB levels). The majority of these classes are led by . ?( M+ P. b- c2 _7 ]! V C# Q H z
professional volunteer ESL instructors and the focus is on helping new adult ! s0 j! q/ v: A1 [* g8 Z
Canadians learn a second language.

classes are led by professional contracted instructors and we offer a

In order to register, all potential students must take our placement test - ) c8 K$ G, E5 _8 y
no appointment necessary. Please, allow yourself at least one hour to ; ^- O- W1 ]0 p! P
write the placement test and if possible, we will assess the results of your 7 _: l0 p: b+ Y3 Y/ B1 Q0 e
test immediately and begin the registration process that same day. |
