- promote ISP and other programs and services to community organizations, businesses, educational institutions, etc. by in-person presentations, phone or sending relevant information. i ]$ y3 Z7 H, |2 D& e8 b" k; v
- contact with various media: i.e. newspaper, radio, website and newsletter etc.
1 ~- ~# L1 |5 R, {2 K( t+ P- update and develop brochures, pamphlets, information packages and newsletter etc.6 M6 N; k/ M' _$ P
- promote, organize and coordinate activities for Newcomers Club as well as recruit and maintain new members for the Club.
, P0 S {" g; S5 T6 Q- ISP report writing, data collection, evaluations conduct and budget management.& o% R, [+ z, `2 L0 z9 E2 E
- assist with volunteer recruitment and other business and services as needed and assigned./ D: }0 f' c b" P9 a- V$ U
5 z4 `) a) W6 T. Y! e$ Z- G, a sQualifications:
1 g( ]3 C' c& i; Q- post-secondary degree/diploma in social work/human services and eligibility to be registered to area of discipline2 Y o7 [5 ]* Q$ U- r. Z
- relevant experience with community work- t; s. L7 f: i: r/ c) [8 W
- Fluent in English, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is an asset

Job Description
9 u7 ?% k5 p# g O& Y- answer multi-line phone calls professionally, politely and directing the calls correctly.
6 ^: W* r# |3 }5 b# I7 r- n! G- assist with providing counter services and act as relieve to the other Immigrant Services Worker* J' v1 e0 n/ t& t
- report to the program manager and provide clerical support to all members of the ISP team, @% h/ U8 B8 f
$ L5 u; R2 E3 N* Q- EQualifications:
; z* v( l( R+ x( O! e( [1 m- post secondary diploma 6 M! O6 t% z. c4 { y
- customer service and office clerical experiences7 g% g. e5 Y7 M3 ?: G6 r; c9 n
