Immigrant Settlement Program (ISP) at ASSIST Community Services Centre is currently seeking flexible individuals to fill the following two positions:

; h; u4 Q( G6 r+ EPosition Title: Outreach Worker (Full time: 35 hours per week)

Job Description
-        promote ISP and other programs and services to community organizations, businesses, educational institutions, etc. by in-person presentations, phone or sending relevant information
-        contact with various media: i.e. newspaper, radio, website and newsletter etc.
" K3 E6 ~1 l7 J  t3 T2 T-        update and develop brochures, pamphlets, information packages and newsletter etc.
- @) w; l; H  a0 j+ K  \; R' [-        promote, organize and coordinate activities for Newcomers Club as well as recruit and maintain new members for the Club.
-        ISP report writing, data collection, evaluations conduct and budget management.
-        assist with volunteer recruitment and other business and services as needed and assigned.

-        post-secondary degree/diploma in social work/human services and eligibility to be registered to area of discipline

2 n& P& b7 _5 t, x: x) y% @-        Fluent in English, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is an asset

Position Title: Receptionist/Immigration Services Worker (Full time: 35 hours per week)

Job Description
: r& |* W; F5 {7 c2 G2 @-        answer multi-line phone calls professionally, politely and directing the calls correctly.
-        assist with providing counter services and act as relieve to the other Immigrant Services Worker
-        report to the program manager and provide clerical support to all members of the ISP team

Qualifications:
$ L" e1 u( w% l, p# J-        post secondary diploma
9 @) M" h9 H" C9 E-        customer service and office clerical experiences
-        Fluent in English, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is an asset

楼上是找工作还是招工啊，　找工作应该是你投简历给人家吧。
