•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.

" K# f& ^0 b  b3 V' W•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.

•        Strong interpersonal skills.

•        Ability to work in a process driven environment.

6 ^% ^& ^  K( _% Y$ H% k•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
2 `: W# F' w, r  t' |•        Manage personal backlog of projects
